Yeah, ep 34 is only complain i have for this drama. Even 33 was good enough, serving as good intermisson before finale. But 34 was losing time on secondary characters, whose storylines we know the drama could have ended in shorter time , given the talent of scriptwriter. I am so glad that final episodes were so epic and satisfying that I still give this drama full 10 regardless of ep 34😅

I see what you mean but plotwise and charachterwise it wouldnt give anything. DFQC needed moment with his farther, cause it let him mature emotionally, become more empathetic and kinder. And he had just so much emotional damage because of whole situation that without dealing with it he wouldnt be able move on with his life. For XLH what kind of ark it could be: taking revenge of RH? That's not her character. Yes she could br shown sadder, maybe crying. But that's kinda inconsistent with how it is after awakening as Xi Yun. If she decided to let go of her feelings to DFQC, she most obviously decided to let go of her parents. Her emotional ark was realizing her strength, and to mature enough to take on responsibility as goddess.
I wish there was at least a sequence getting us more emotionally in depth with the pain Goddess Xiyun went through…

I guess we gonna reach 20k comments soon. And the drama hasnt been out even 1 month. I was looking at other more famous cdramas that has much less comments. It's just smth abt LBFAD that you want to talk and discuss it. So many ppl registered here (like me) just to chat abt it.
All in all, I wanted to thank everyone, without your comments, theories, analysis, praise, support and even some fan arguments this experience of watching LBFAD wouldn't be as awesome, as it is.

They fooled us🤣 Put words on wrong scene. CH said those words to XLH at grave of RH and Chidi. They did same with Siming words about regretting and doom, felt like she said that to DFQC but she said it to Chidi.
Also, can we talk about that top view angle of the kiss in ep 35. I don't remember seeing that kind of angle in kiss scene before (or maybe it didnt leave me such impression to remember) . The scenery, clothes, hairstyle, and even height differences just makes it such a beautiful shot😍

Yes, i was just rewatching and only now inderstood than when she talked about butterfly stone it was reference to their first meeting before he erased her memory. I just love this drama tying all the loose ends!
