Yes, there is some truth in your words. I guess, BJS love may seem a bit weird to HRY. In the past he showed the care for her but still hurt her (unintentionally or not). Maybe, she sees his love with some kind of duality in it. He is able to hurt her, even being in love. Especially, considering we getting hints in recent episodes that what she feels for him too: love through hate.

However, I feel like it was mostly in the past. In the present timeline, after HRY officially returned, BJS only showed the signs of deep love for her, never hurting her. I don't see how HRY can explain all his actions except love. There is like no other possible option. But then again, since they spent 100 lovely years before he hurt her, she may think his love is temporary.

I do understand HRY may be just too traumatized to see any love from BJS, any capability of BJS of having feelings.

We only have seen few scenes of them during her coming back to Immortal realm and their swcond wedding , so we don't really know how each of them acted. I really wish we had more episodes to explore that timeline as well, could let us understand characters better.

Yes, you see everything from different perspective now. The scenes that seemed just set up before, now totally look like mid part of the story, and you can understand why everyone doing what they are doing.
Make me love first ark of the show more, since it felt generic when I just started drama.

Since no episodes today, i deciced to rewatch the beginning of the show.
And wow, earlier episodes feel so different now, when you know what happened. All BJS actions, glances, words now make so much sense. He is like switching between "I know who you are" and then "Okay i go along with your acting".

I didn't like his character initially but they really ket him shine in episode 23. He was so loyal to her and Shi Yan, he did what BJS should have done.
Also, was so sad when he said dying that it all started because of him.

He totaly needed illusion experience. Without that, he would probably be only concerned about HRY being beaten and abused, he wouldn't understand her mental pain. Illusion gave him a sense of that misery. Also, he wouldn't have any attachment to the child, if not for developing fatherly love to Lin Tao. Maybe, he would be just sad but wouldn't feel real pain of loss, if just seeing few episodes of past.

I am also thinking that despite that HRY trapped BJS in illusion to torment him, she actually let him experience something precious too. Like let him understand the parenthood and get to know his son.

So, after preview I am little confused about HRY master. Is she also possessed by that evil immortal? Cause she was so insistent on going to Canglei Palace, and I see that getting to stella is what that immortal wants.

On the other hand, her master still feels to me like primordial god because of the way she scolds HRY.

Exactly hahaha. Only such a fool in love like BJS would let her stab him so many times.

I rewatched last 2 episodes without tears blocking my view and I want to say despite the heartbreak, it was one of best drama episodes in recent years for me. FEUD has some inconsistency in editing and quality in previous episodes, 23 and 24 were perfect in everything. The transitions, narrative, every scene (without fillers), every word, every emotion shown - just perfect.

BL and ZSX is outstanding, I wanted to cry for both of them. The devastation, pain and especially helplessness to change anything was acted so well. Bai Lu is always the best for me in showing complex emotions. ZSX amazed me how he emotes, especially scenes a bit happier in nature, when he showed both happiness and sadness at the same time, such nuanced acting.

I remember, when I was watching TTEOTM, I was thinking BL and LYX is the best Cdrama duo in terms of acting power I have seen. FEUD didn't top the intensity of acting of TTEOTM for me, but it was much better build up story wise, more logical, so it not less brilliant in my opinion.

Agree with you. I am so disappointed with OST, that kind of drama deserves much better OST. I got used to some songs by now but in the beginning, in some scenes I wanted some songs to stop playing, cause it ruined a mood for me XD

Wow, I just found out that the only song I like from Feud is sung by ZSX. So pleasantly surprised. I tend not to like songs sung by lead actors in dramas (with exception of Liu Yuning).

Ye, I understand she is traumatized, I just find it is weird, cause she used his feelings for her various times in the illusion. So, it feels that she should know. I mean, why she thinks he kept chasing her.

But one comment abt HRY. I love her character, but how she is so silly about BJS feelings for her😅🤣 When everyone keeps telling her that he loves her, she is always surprised and in disbelief. I mean, most of her ilisionary plan relied on his feelings for her, she used it to manipulate him. Why she thinks he would willingly seal his powers in front of someone who surely will try to kill him and followed her like a puppy?

I rewatched ending scene of ep 24 and I totally see now her teacher isn't simple at all. Could she be that Primordial God?🤔 When talking to her, it's like she wants to teach her smth. Also, very nice she made HRY remember the past, so she can be reminded of good times she had wity BJS, and remember why she loved him before.

Also, I guess, HRY woke up earlier than BJS, so she had more time to mature🤔🤔🤔

I was thinking that both times we saw HRY try killing BJS, her words were "Let's die together". So, she doesn't see any future after killing him.
