Ai subs are not that accurate but from their interactions towards the end, it seems they both came to a conclusion that they would both be happy if they met other people. And before that, they had a big argument. And Baek Hyun later broke down during his interview. That tells you its really over for both of them.

So Baek Hyun and Hyeon Ji finally decided to bury the possibility of them getting back together. Honestly, it felt like a 'what if' relationship for both of them. Baek Hyun in particular was thinking what would have happened if they met when they were mature enough.
But they did meet again. And now a little bit mature. But they have come to realize that they won't be happy if they get back together. And they seem to have accepted it. For those reasons, I just think I will support them individually.
They should have showed a preview of other members. The ending seemed all gloom and doom.
