It is terrible, Korea have decided to follow the Thai BL formula

What is complex about being gay? People are either gay, straight or bi, we can all pretend that their is this vast choice but there really is only men and women.
All boys and girls get to a certain age and start playing with themselves while thinking about who they like , it really isn't nuanced, broad or complex.
The gay for you trope was one example, it is normally just a straight person suddenly going gay. There is never any explanation or conversations about how he was confused or had always liked men and women but kept it secret.
in the drama " Sky in your heart" the guy went up a mountain and turned gay, in season one he was straight and dating a woman for seven years.
If we want to talk about tropes, it used to be a guy rapes his drunk best friend and turns him gay. Now it's mostly a mental retard being coerced, manipulated and forced by a more dominant character.
Mostly when Gay men are in BL drama's they are either rapists or screaming queens, BL drama's are not the best advert for the Gay community

It normally is to the characters in BL drama's, they never know that they like the sausage. Most times they like to point out that they are not gay and only like this one guy

I gave it a go and I only manage 14 minutes, nonsensical trash that seemed to have been written for 12 yo school girls. The straight guy is yet another childish moron who just walks around grinning like the village idiot.

It is lucky you don't mind that storyline because it seem to happen a lot, Thailand must have a population decline by now

I have not seen the Korean drama so why would I use the spoiler tag?

I liked the Thai drama at first, then they had 2 episodes of just them and sex and it got boring. The end was sick and disgusting, watching Fighter cry, scream and beg Tutor to take him back was too much.
I am hoping the Korean version does a better job with this story, But the way Korean BL as went down hill, I am not holding my breath

I've watched 7 episodes and I just can't be bothered watching anymore of this trash. We have had 7 episodes of a little turd, lying to a gullible fool who couldn't pick up on the mixed signals. Are we meant to care about these people, I hope the ghosts kill them all

It seems that Korea have gone the Western route and decided that all you need is good looking actors and some average CGI to make a good drama, they are very wrong.
This drama is terrible, horrible characters, bad acting and more plot holes than demons

I dropped it around episode 3 or 4, I used to finish every Korean drama I started, but now I find it hard to finish any. I have found that since Korean drama's became popular in the West their standards have gone down

I think you are missing the point of my last comment, I know it is meant to have some comedy elements in the drama ( it is listed ), the fact that I don't find it funny is irrelevant. There is a difference between A comedy and a drama with comedy in it. When I watched Vincenzo, it had some comedy in it, but it didn't detract from the main drama. This drama can't decide what it wants to be and just ends up being distracting and annoying. What it needs in to be more of one and less of the other, either be a crime drama with some comedy moments or be a comedy with a crime storyline.

Can that not work both ways?
My first comment said " It would make more sense if it was a comedy " , I understand it as some comedy in it. Movies like POLICE ACADEMY or POLICE SQUARD were comedies, the problem with this drama is it can't make up it's mind on what it wants to be and just ends up failing at everything.

Comedy should make you laugh, not cringe.

There is a difference between being a comedy and having some comedy in the drama. A drama full of plotholes, bad acting and a nonsensical storyline is not really comedy

I'm on episode 3 and I can't believe how useless the ML is, he keeps on telling the bad guys not to treat him like he is stupid but everything he does is stupid. None of his plans work and he keeps getting saved, but through it all he walks around like he is the smartest kid on the block. I will probably drop it after this episode, the storyline gets more and more ridiculous each episode and the ML is a smug moron, it would make more sense if it was a comedy and he is meant to be useless

Maybe your goldfish brain forgot that I explained that vomiting and a splash of water doesn't sober someone up in 2 minutes. That someone who needed to be carried into the house would not be walking up stairs like a sober person and then having a normal conversation. The drama was written this way because they know what sells, Thai BL is the most popular BL and it is also the most disgusting and toxic. If a gay guy isn't getting his straight friend drunk so he can rape him then it is about a manipulator, coercing and blackmailing a retard. Are you from Thailand? It seems they are making drama's about your disgusting life, they just use young and good looking guys instead.
While they have viewers like you then they will continue making this garbage, rape and abuse seems to sell.

It is good that you are finally realizing that drunk sex is not good, I have never said that there are not levels of drunkenness but it's a new one for you . I know there are different levels of drunkenness, carrying someone home who can't walk properly and fucking them is gutter filth level.
In the drama he was fall down drunk, in the car he was passed out and then he was carried into the house. The fact that the drama decided that being sick and a splash of water sobers someone up in minutes doesn't make it true. The writer wanted to have a storyline where a drunk person has sex with a sober person and make it acceptable for the viewers. You being someone who likes fucking drunk men knows that someone does not sober up that fast, but you accept it because your are a filthy lil pig.
This drama could have easily been written differently and had him wake the next morning with a hangover and angry that the other guy fucked him. It would be just as possible as having him wake up happy after drunk sex, something that you pretend is not possible.
How is drunk driving an idiotic comparison? you said that being drunk doesn't impair a persons judgement, people often do things that they regret while drunk or wake with no memory of what happened.
