Yeah, probably. Especially this drama is very emotional so far. But people, having a tumor in your brain does not mean you will die. Many people with more severe condition such as stage 3,4 cancer and still end up living normal lives for many years. So I do hope this drama will make it make sense but at the same time give hope to those you are looking while watching it.
Parents don't need to get married. The dad has already divorced once and they're old now, why married? Just live together and enjoy life. No blood related here so nothing to worry about.
Feel like drama is good hope their will be no sad ending rooting for younger couple
I have hope for both couples. The mother here has done so many good deeds so miracles do happen and what goes around comes around. Let's hope this drama goes that way :)
so interesting! I find the Mom’s lack of sensitivity for what she’s asking for, constant nagging and not ever…
This drama so far is quite interesting. Though I understand your points here but I think parents nag. When you care enough for someone, you'll nag. In your mind you just want that person to have the best and deserves the best and you feel the need to push as a sense of support. In some Asian cultures, a sense of support means putting someone down or comparing them to others, they think this way the person will want to revolt and try harder. However, I grew up in the U.S and most of us don't see that way as being effective, instead we praise when job well done, and we console when isn't. The mother Ji An in this drama as far as we have seen up to ep 3 she is pretty awesome to me. We all have our faults obviously, and no one is perfect but the way she cares for Hyo Ri and treating her to me is loving and very normal, nothing I find annoying accept for the fact that she nags. But we all do. I don't believe for a second that if you care or love for someone and you don't nag. About giving space, totally understandable and we all need our own space. In this drama, I don't think Ji An is always with Hyo Ri. Ji An is always busting her ass off to pay bills. I totally support the idea of time for one's self but that does not mean shutting someone you love, care for out completely as Hyo Ri does. I've worked some years in a hospital and have seen so many cases of young people committed suicide because they had too much time alone. When someone is going through a tough time, you give them their spaces but you still need to be around enough to give them the supports they need. The most important thing I've learned from working at the hospital and seeing so many sad situations where people passed away with regrets or living on with regrets is that the person that is leaving is the one that is being freed. Those who ever loved that person that will have to continue on living are those that will be in much more pain and will have a much harder time. So my opinion, I feel for Hyo Ri but I do think she's immature and selfish so I do hope she'll come around and understand that when she's in pain, people who love her are also in pain. And when she's gone, she'll feel no more pain but the people who love her that she leaves behind, especially Ji An will continue to live with pain. So if I were to know when I die, I will make sure I do everything I can and spend as much time as I can with all those that I love, that way when my time comes, I'll go with a smile and no regrets.
Honestly I won't mind yunjae and minju ending together, I want my my Yuri and jihun 😭 instead of yunjae learning…
Sounds nice but if I were best friend and grew up with someone, I could never get with that person in a romantic or even think of such a way. It's almost like incest. It grosses me out. In addition, friendship is more likely lasts longer than a romantic relationship. I don't want to lose my best friend if the relationship doesn't work out. However, it's interesting to see how far this drama will take this whole idea of loving someone so much that gender is no longer a limit. It's unrealistic but let's see how creative the writers are.
I’ve been really enjoying this drama. I have to say that I wouldn’t be too upset if Jihun slapped Minju at…
I want to see Minju get slapped, splash water, and hair pulled by chunks ONLY when Jihun is back to her female form. I don't support man slapping woman. In addition, it feels so much better when strong woman stands up for herself and doesn't put up to any type of bullying. As for Minju, that type of "home-wrecker" is a b****h and she deserves to be disciplined with whatever means. She's shameless!
This drama from the set, sound, costume bring me back at least 15 years of K-drama. This has good actors but somehow feels so low budget. The poster looks great so I wanted to watch it but after 1st ep. I am done! It's a drop no matter how much I like Jung II Woo.
Agreed! I do think Jung Woo and Son Sang Jeon are good looking though. Young supporting female actresses are good looking as well. Leads wise, besides Jung Woo, the other 2 ehhh.
1. There are way more dramas that are ruined because of female lead stupidity than the FLs being strong; and the…
I see where you're coming from with this, but remember, it's all an act. She's acting out. Just pay attention to how she switches in between two personality of serious vs. her currently bubbly self showing to others that she's smart but naive, not experienced. She's trying to become a general. At this point at least to everyone else, she's not a general. And if we don't know the story or of her past, we wouldn't know she used to be a general either. By showing traits of a general when you're working to be one will make her a stupid FL. On ep 7 when she killed that guy that stabbed her when she was blind and fell of the cliff. Watch how she speaks to him, and how she switches when she saw Xiao Jue. Other examples are when she's thinking or analyzing and then Xiao Yue showed up, etc. However, this drama is going to gradually get serious. Just a thought :)
yeah, he doesn't look evil enough. He's much better with nice, comical characters.
Yeah, I have seen him playing good and funny characters and so like him a lot. But it's good though, I think it's easier to play good roles and have people liking you than to play bad roles and have people hate you to death. Good actors should be able to play both successfully.
