He's annoying no doubt. But he's playing an evil role so we're supposed to not like him. He's definitely successful since so many people are upset over him. I do want to see Wu Zhen gets stronger physically and mentally as well against that obsessed guy. She's too soft with him.

Really like Ryan Cheng, but after a couple of dramas with Song Yi, I am not a fan so sadly, I am skipping this one as well. I'll watch for Ryan Cheng in another drama.

Understood. I actually found all that to be funny. If anything, I feel sorry for him because he's so blinded by his own self and emotion to not able to see that she's not into him. But hey, not only in drama, in real life as well when many of us like someone enough, we don't see anything else but our own feelings and being with that person. He's a character for viewer to draw contrasts from the ML, without him male lead won't shine as much. In addition he brings lightened moments to the drama where we just think he's clueless and laugh at his silliness. Whereas there are character such as her ex-friend that keeps on stabbing her on the back and in the front. I enjoy funny people that means no harm to anyone.

I like the actor but you're right about the casting. Fighting scenes are horrid as well. Everything seems so cheaply made and immature-ish. Perhaps a rated B or C production company that's making it? Anyhow, I won't be watching it after ep 2. I don't like the story as well especially FL's character. Too weak!

Amy, you probably have seen many dramas. When do you actually see MLs and FLs speak and communicate to each other clearly when it comes to their emotions? Watching for actions and assuming inside their heads and that is where all the dramas come from. I agreed with abhishek kamat here that the clear boundary has never been set. And truthfully if anyone of us like someone enough, unless the boundary is clearly set, we would want to pursue our interests. In this case, I don't see him doing anything wrong. And frankly, you would have a totally different view about him if you don't know anything about his past life. He is perhaps immature, but that doesn't make him a bad guy. He hasn't done anything bad to our leads or anyone else. I actually quite like the character and I hope his cheerful spirit will land him a successful future with a great love match. Everyone else seems to do better this time around so he should too. Oh, talk about immature, I like our FL, but I think considering she's her future self which is 8-10 years older with the exception of forgetting a few things, she acts quite immaturely. The way she acts, and not setting clear boundary as well as clear communications in between love interests. She's supposedly 27-28 years old? Does she act as such?

You guys are so bias toward the guy. If the show doesn't show us their past lives then you guys wouldn't call him a loser and have such negative view toward the character. Aside from being a bit childish, he's a caring guy. I am sure if he knew of his past like the leads then he would work much harder to change his future as well. I actually don't think he's a bad guy thus far at all. He likes the Fl and since she's not taken he has the same chance as anyone else. Drama or real life, I think people should pursue what they want without thinking too much as long as they're not hurting anyone in the process. FL never said to him that she doesn't like him that way and that she already liked someone else. Of course he would feel like he has a chance. I am sure anyone of us would take up that chance to pursue someone we like. I love to see our leads get together as I would in most of the dramas and that's why they are leads. I do think the actor playing this role is quite cute with a very charming smile and he hasn't done anything bad thus far so I do hope he'll get a second chance for a better future as well; perhaps a famous basketball player? And find someone new to like that likes him back. Everyone deserves better if our leads get this chance, why not everyone else? The only person who doesn't is Shi Yun, this girl is just pure evil. Our of jealousy she did so many bad things to the FL. And frankly, I don't care how she was raised. Story seems to aim that the abuse and pressure that her mother put on her resulted in her being bad as such is bull**** the girl is not a little kid, her actions are just pure evil with zero remorse.

Make sure you make one of those anklet for your boyfriend to wear too then you'll have your second time.

If I come from a well off family with famous parents. And myself is an accomplished actor with good looks, I wouldn't fill up my schedule either. I'd want to live and enjoy life too.

Glad you used the word dumb. That's how I felt throughout the second half of the series. I put it on hold while watching other dramas and just finished it all today and I am so disappointed. I actually hated it because of the second half. The writers even ruined my favorite character Pyo Ji Ho.

I didn't like it at all how the story evolved. It became senseless to me. I like the first half of the drama and was hoping the story would get more interesting but it became dumb. Very disappointed!

I don't think people need to get married to have a perfectly happy relationship. Relationships are based on trust, love, respect, and mutual understanding, and not a piece of paper or a fancy ceremony to confirm. Therefore I don't think they need to be in "step" relationship or "in-law." Not every beautiful relationship ends up in a marriage and likewise. Why limit happiness to such?

Wasn't going to respond but you sound so defensive and upset so I'll say a few words. When actors and actresses chose to to be stars, public figures, they should understand that there will be people who love them and there will also be people who don't. We called this fans, and anti-fans. In the entertainment industry there are times certain scandals will destroy careers but there are also times when they will boost careers. In this case, we are NOT talking about anyone's personal life. These actors are making arts, these roles are their performances and the more persuasive they are the better actors they are. So there are people like us going on here to vent out when we are watching certain shows and that's all. In one show we love this actor so much but in another show that he's in where he's not the nice guy then we don't like him, and then on another show we like him again. All normal and temporary emotions we have while watching a show.
About the tragedy of some woman you mentioned. That's unfortunate but that has nothing to do with being fans or not to an actors, actresses and their roles. I won't get into the topic of bullying online with you because it has nothing to do with this drama or our emotions on it. From your strong reaction I can tell you're quite young and perhaps reading way too deep into this that steered you way off what are are talking about here. And no, in every generations there are always smart people. So what you said about today's modern world with smarter people. Perhaps think again or do some research before disrespecting older generations that includes your elderly loved ones. And by the way, my family isn't active on social media enough for people to attack. Actors and actresses aren't your family. You might want to ask them first before you call them so. If you actually read through this whole thing and about to respond, keep it to yourself. I won't read it. It ends here.
