She went through some stuff in that house. This should be called "Maki's Liberation". A little affection, some good sx and some good coffee, what else do we really need? Now she needs her own place and she is truly liberated.
I've been watching Thai BL for a few years and last year I gave myself a break from how bad the productions were. But this year, between his drama and My Golden Blood (which was better but not outstanding), I'm so happy to see progress. From the production to the storyline, this one is really cute and engaging. I haven't considered dropping it once.
I periodically re-watch this drama and it make me cry everytime. The cinematography, the acting, the story and the actors are just perfect. I often wish I could erase my memory of this show and rewatch it with fresh eyes, it's just that good. It's really close to being a kbl masterpiece, in my book.
I really appreciate how mature they all were about this. The scene's with Mia reflecting on herself and her mom telling her how selfish she is, are really fantastic.
The three of them really are a good match. Shinpei is the fun, carefree and adventurous one, Mia is selfish, but open-minded, smart and eccentric and Takuzo is quirky, shy and overly cautious. They pull each other in different directions and force each other to grow and change. It's kind of the perfect triangle.
My only gripe, so far, is that they really should have discussed the physical aspects of their relationship with…
True. And if I stand back and look at it from a non-judgemental lens, none of them have been in a throuple before so everything is vibes right now while they chart this new path together.
I agree! My only gripe, so far, is that they really should have discussed the physical aspects of their relationship…
Agreed. I'm sure she will be shocked at first because she assumes it's impossible. I'm curious how the story will unfold from here because she seemed pretty certain of the impossibility.
I guess it's a good thing both guys could potentially be bi, at least if all 3 have romantic / sexual chemistry…
I agree! My only gripe, so far, is that they really should have discussed the physical aspects of their relationship with Mia before they just hopped in bed.
I've watched and re-watched this drama on every platform, more times than I can count. It's SO underrated. It has that realistic Japanese BL storyline AND a cute non-toxic couple. 10/10 its my comfort rewatch.
