She’s not his sister, she’s his cousin.Keep watching, and you’ll uncover the truth. You might end up hating…
Saenkaew was NEVER Pin's boyfriend. He never agreed to be with her romantically, he agreed with his FATHER to a marriage contract with her. He never told her he wanted her, loved her, or wanted to be with her romantically, ever. She was in a one-sided love where she thought she could make him love her with time & proximity; Saenkaew never agreed to be her property & Sasin didn't go from teasing to flirting until after Saenkaew made it clear he did not like/want Pin that way.
I think a lot of people are judging the character's reactions by today's standards, when this story takes place in 1964.
- Kamfa's fear that the world would judge and even hurt his son for being gay was perfectly rational. Everyone outside of Saenkaew's friend-group who found out about him being gay tried to use it to hurt him. His father's decisions were of course deplorable, but he was on his own. There was no internet to consult, there was no PFLAG org yet, he didn't even have his wife by his side to run his fears through. So yes, he was BAD, but he was not irredeemably evil, and deserved his redemption arc.
- People dragging Pin for her delusion are allowed to do so of course, but it's perfectly understandable in that time and place to think if she separated them, kept being good and lovely and kind by Saenkaew's side, he'd eventually grow to love her. The understanding of homosexuality being innate is still not fully understood in the west, where gay marriage itself is still a relatively new concept, let alone in Thailand where it was only legalized THIS YEAR. She was quite literally Cinderella, unloved by anyone but Sasin since her mother's death; I personally give her so much grace for still being a kind, lovely, sweet person under those conditions. Also, she comes through in the end, hard - she chooses their lives and happiness with a gun to her heart from her own father, how many of us could do the same? Not many, I wager. Give this princess her flowers, please.
I can't tell if it's lightening cream doing a number on the boy or if someone hit this picture with a grey photoshop filter but it's giving colorism; let this man be brown, dayum.
The childishness worked better before he did cosmetic surgery, he doesn't really look like the perpetual child any longer so they need to give him more mature roles, he's not Earth/Fluke. That said, BL is turning into Ao3, we've got ABO plots and now age-regression too? Come through, genre!
Happy birthday, Jian Yu! I just started watching ABO Desire & the instant I saw that unforgettable face, my mind screamed "WU SUO WEI!!!" Love seeing you again in a BL, hope you have a fabulous birthday sweetheart! 🎂🎈🥂
ah ah ah ...this is nearly the first BL actors openly use their tongue to kiss ...at last real french kiss not…
It's the uncut version of Love in the Air episode 4! I don't want to see any of them in real porn! Softcore BLs with professional intimacy coordinators is already really good! But if I could see any pairing in a very steamy BL with lots of NC scenes, I would want it to be Boun & Prem, or if it could be any non-pairing actors, then Boun and Boss. 🥵❤ What about you?
He had a nasal cavity issue and blepherophlebitis that had to be corrected through this surgery and he explained…
You use words that I don't think you understand, please go look up what 'entitlement' means & explain how my having an OPINION on someone's decision is ENTITLEMENT to their...what? What is it I'm feeling entitlement toward? His FACE? Get rekt.
The only reason I looked twice at this drama was because it looked like a BL - shoehorning in a female lead to placate homophobes is so not cool, thank you for saving me from wasting my time.
