Watched ep 26 preview. What is wrong with the writer? Why isn't she meeting with her son? I'm literally tired of her worrying about whether the son will accept her, on one hand, and the son thinking she abandoned him, on the other hand.
The friend is really disappointing. I hope she never gets her happy ending and that the female lead never tries to understand or forgive her. Instead of proving that she is as good as, or better than, her little brother, she plays the victim. She had various opportunities to improve her life. Instead of living a luxurious life in her high-end apartment, she should have worked on her low self-esteem instead of being jealous.
can't wrap my head around imperial perceptor's evil arc. she is meant to be smart but her villian arc is stupid. if i remember correctly, ML told FL that his asking her hand in marriage as a child was not part of his scheme (ofc not as adult), but how come imperial perceptor translated it into his scheme of not telling her about her mother? also, FL father gave her the letter. firstly, she should find out why he has the letter and why's he giving it now? the script is so inconsistent. first they made FL from clever to foolish (not now tho) and now it's imperial perceptor turn. does script writer hate the FLs?
