In the ending Ji ling is still Ji ling. He tells her his name as they meet again on the bridge. She never says…
It would make sense if he retained his memory!! Probably didn't want to scare her by acting like he knew her lol. That's why he didn't ask for her name š
I noticed one thing about the ending ..there is just one thing that bugged me... Can someone who watched the end…
In the ending Ji ling is still Ji ling. He tells her his name as they meet again on the bridge. She never says her name. Because there is no more Lu Wuyi. She is just an ordinary girl. But I was confused as to are they both humans?? Does it mean he's no longer a fox? He only killed the Jiu Ying from 50 years ago. Meaning 150 years ago he still became the proxy Dragon deity. How come he took Lu wuyi from the time travel and they both just became normal humans and lost their memory?? Am I missing something here?
Guys Iām sorry but am I bit biased like this was not a happy ending for Li jie at all cause wdym he forgot all…
I feel it was better he didn't know. Because he was bound by the obsessions and regrets of Yuan Wuhuo in the original universe. This way he can just go ahead in life and find his own purpose and meaning.
You meant My Journey To You... A Journey To Love is another ctrauma thought so close enough šš¤£
Omg yes you're right.. he didn't direct A Journey to Love!!!! So there is hope for a happy ending!!! Arghhh I watched My Journey to You though the ending was bleh. So idk now... what a rollercoaster lol
Because this is from the director that didnt give A Journey to Love a happy ending, I expected a big tragedy between Lu Wuyi and Jiling. One of them will invariably sacrifice themself for the other. Or both. But did he have to make Lu Wuyi suffer this much?!?! š my poor girl went back in time not once or twice but 26 times!!!! Suffering uncountable times and never giving up. I am begging Edward Guo for a happy ending for once but im not hopeful... am bracing myself for the traymatic end...as if its not traumatic enough already...
If his current self has the innocent/kind spirit of Jiling who is the fox that the real Chi Wen rescued, then I think so too. š somehow im not buying that he's really wanting to work with Jiu ying...
Sigh. Why do i get a bad feeling someone or more people will self sacrifice to save everybody? I don't see a happy ending ahead, i hope im wrong but with Edward Guo at the helm, I'm bracing myself now.
My goodness. Absolutely blown away by this show. Legit tears were rolling down when Wu Wangyan and Wu Shiguang turned to ice. This cdrama showcases the most powerful performances of the 4 leads. I was shocked at the depth and range Joseph Zeng showed here. Chen Duling as Wu Wangyan?? š š š i could feel her DESPAIR through the screen as an old/blind woman. The other lively couple played by Ju Jingyi and Tian Jiarui are powerhouses in their own right. Ju Jingyi morphed into the playful, vulnerable and loyal nine tail fox. Tian Jianrui is a multi faceted dragon king with mysterious motives. Not one actor let the show down. Yan An is definitely one to watch - his performance here made a big impression on me. All the supporting actors acted like they were all veterans. I am enjoying this show soooo much!!!
Guys im really liking Ju Jingyi here. I really couldnt stand her acting before but she is so good for this role!!! Her micro expressions are spot on. Did she improve tremendously as an actor or did she just not get the right roles before??
I had to rewatch ep26 and 27 they were soooo good. Sigh. Looks like more heartbreak is coming up in new eps. Can we not end it by the campfire at ep27??????
Cheng Yi please muster your inner Xie Huai An to deal with the haters, especially if they're influential people trying to harass him for sinister reasons. Cheng Yi as Xie Huai An really sent shivers down my spine. Hiding hateful intentions under a mask of coolness and indifference- having compassion but never forgetting those who wronged him. Such a morose and complex chatacter fully embraced by Cheng Yi. It shows his maturity and depth as an actor.
