Poor TTJ! She got the wrong concept on “Heartless” cultivation. It should be to solve all “heart” problems without hurting anybody where world burdens are lifted and then the heart can let go and cultivation can be achieved. She intentionally hurt TTJ and in self denial and going in cultivation as an escape gambit. The script writers sure knew how to wring sympathy for LYX by making him into the angry, anguished and confused lover. I can understand little how some c-netizens are gunning down BL. Most xianxia dramas have made actors as ML rose higher in popularity than female actresses as FL.
This drama introduced to Liu Yu Ning, the master of OST songs .This is the only drama were I skipped and watched mainly for the 2nd couple of Zhao LuSi and Liu Yi Ning story.
They should have made this into a noona with a younger man romance as they felt and look like that in the drama. Wang Yi Zhe was so refreshing youthful compare to the slightly older looking, matured look of the Bai Lu. Their scenes together amplified that with ML always putting his head on her shoulder while she coaxed and petted him. Then this drama would be probably rated higher as cdrama don’t have noona with younger man romance in ancient setting
