ML asks someone to run with him as a way of saying “I like you”. Why? Who knows… 🤷♂️
yes in ep8 she responds by saying “I like you too” after he asks will she run together with him. “do you want to be together” (ie do you want to be my girlfriend?) sounds a lot like “do you want to run together? so his way of saying I like you is will you run together with me - and she knows it!

I agree! pastels for the first half for our FL, the. the black and reds for the 2nd half. and then when she shows up for grandma’s bday, everyone else is wearing pastel and she is in her black and red and the contrast just stands out. so well done.

I just keep on thinking that HY has had so much trauma in her life. She did not having a loving, safe, happy childhood. It’s hard for her to trust anyone.
ZY is like a bright light in her life. her innocence and sweetness is so beautiful. she tells the truth too.
the plot is slow to show us FY and as a result we just see his public persona which is very guarded bc of the nature of his work.
right now we’ve just seen hints of how the ML is outside of the cool facade. I am hopeful we will see more as the show goes on. I think we are close to the ML earning her trust. and for the FL to realize how important and good he is to her.

The clue is in the FL’s words - she’s happy with the way the trial is going. So there is some bigger plan at work. Simply killing the FL’s father isn’t going to solve the problem. Given how this show is going, I’m gonna wait it out to see how it all unfolds.

I think FYX is more cautious and she is more wreck less. he has more at stake bc of his job. so I think he thinks through all the possible options and wouldn’t *dare* threaten to kill the consort, for example. so he was mad that she is taking bigger risks than he’d like. he’s also mad that she didn’t tell him, and just used him. he also got mad that he was surprised and probably felt embarrassed that he should have known. Lots of emotions on that rooftop scene. I think they are equally smart and cunning. and once they figure themselves out and are on equal footing, they will be awesome. we are in the storming phase of team building lol
