Whenever these suicides occur, people create their own storyline, then make it about that perception, opposed to what is fact-based. Truth is, thus far, all we have are allegations and speculations. What appears factual is an undefined relationship, to which she was attached, evidenced by her leaks. We really don’t know his contribution to that. So, to say I deem him “innocent” is asinine. “Reveal her Diabolical Scheme to me?” Ms Sae Ron is DEAD, done on his BIRTHDAY!

Reading some of these comments, leads you down a rabbit hole. And they wonder why KSH delayed speaking out. He’s labeled a groomer, pedophile (to age 13, people, not 15), rapist, bully, mafioso, and those who are psychiatrically inflamed, want him dead! Meanwhile, KSR is elevated to Sainthood, as she, in her last plotted act of anger, commits suicide on his birthday, and now controls and owns him from the grave. Victim or Revenge?

And he’s responsible for her “expectations,” “hopes,” happiness into eternity? If he dated her as a minor, that would be out of bounds. As adults, that age difference doesn’t necessarily put him in the power seat, says me who dated my 32 yr old future husband as an 18 yr old (when 21 was the age of adulthood). There is always more to a relationship, than can be told; to tell every AND, BUT and THE, would be unfair to her. We can continue to speculate or let it play out. This I do know, had KSH, been the stagehand and not the Star, the family, nor us, would be discussing it.

Your points are well-stated. I just listened to Kim Soo Hyun’s presentation. The following comments seemed unrelated to what I’d just heard. It appears people have drawn their conclusions and chose verbiage that fits their bias opinions. Some criticized him for isolating the “star” version of himself from his regular being. He is right! People are attacking the star; attempting to blackmail the star; trying to humiliate the actor, to curtail his body of work. Then they become angry because he called them on it. Also, once a lawsuit is filed, it is unwise to make public comments, when people are already twisting your words. He’s giving the relatives opportunities to bring their drip, drip leaks, allegations, and photos into the courtroom for authentication. He’s decided he is not going to pay for them to go away, which is what a lot of these cases are about. I remain in wonderment how Ms Sae Ron can be married, commit suicide, and Mr Soo Hyun gets the blame? There are no criticisms that a married woman may have been pining for a past lover? Common sense and facts must stop being cast aside!

You’ve really made my initial point about WTSG; the bang for your bucks—Iron Family had a great script, brilliant acting, comedic timing. Rolling on the floor with laughter, one minute, crying the next. Unfamiliar with various writers, trying to learn. On that level, the one name I retain is Ahn Pan-Seok, a fabulous director. I notice he casts the same people. Don’t know if all are with the same agency, or they are the tried and true for him. Trying to remember lasts names first, knocks me off rhythm for recalling names. Know lots of faces, different age levels. Sung Dong II and Kim Mi Myung are very talented actors. Stumbled upon K-dramas 5 yrs ago. I’m almost a vegetable, binge watching .😂

All your points well taken! JCW does challenge himself, and he is different in each one. And NOPE, I don’t like Fantasy and Sci-fi—difficult for me to buy into, from years of trying to watch.. I don’t think “WTSG” did well at all, from their ratings and reviews, a few months back. I am Drama, Romantic Comedy/Drama, Courtroom, and occasional Periods. On the other hand, why am I complaining, anyway? I chose not to have Disney. Never mind😂. Hopefully, SCANDAL won’t let me down, otherwise, I’ll have to eat my words🫣. Great talking to you!

I will never understand why these great stars sign up for Fantasy and crappy type shows. The same for Lee Min-Ho and Hyo-Jin in that “When the Stars Gossip.” WHY?! You wait and wait for them to do new work, and it’s just garbage! I couldn’t get past the 3 rd Ep. of “Stars Gossip.” I tried hard! Even as an elderly woman, I gave up on Lee Min-Ho. Hopefully, “Scandal” with Son Ye Jin (LOVE her), will make up for the fantasy outing, that I will certainly miss.
