Grandma may have the least screen time but after every episode, people in this comment section are writing her…
I was thinking the same thing. That old woman barely appears in the drama, but she makes me feel like wanting to push her into the Han River in winter... repeatedly... like Dormammu
I feel the same way. What in the world was that? The "witches" are basically forced to love the ML and SFL just because they don't want them to die. And besides the "couples" nothing else is resolved. Also random people tend to have a crush or to like people that have partners or are even married, which means that anyone who ends up "liking" Mijeong or Junghyuk will get hurt if they talk to them about the weather (look at what happened to Junghyuk's coworker)
Honestly I thought Dong Jin was going to break the curse and it was disappointing.
Am I the only one who has a problem with the way Sang Yan treats Yi Fan? Especially with the sleep walking and…
"She was found sleeping in his room only once with him." I was not bothered by them sleeping in the same bed because he didn't knew, he was also asleep when she sleepwalked to his bed, what I find unnecessary is his comments in the morning, something along the lines of "I am scared of my innocence being taking away from me" ??? Why was that really necessary? I know some have said that he is just teasing her but I don't think she understands that he is playfully teasing her. I don't think that at this point (ep 14 that I haven't finished) their relationship is in a place where he could tease her like this.

Yes, I mean maybe but the dynamic of their relationship is different than when they were teens. As teens they were really good friends and then they weren't after Yi Fan was really mean to him and now I don't think that they are on the page as before or are on the same page about their relationship at all. So his behavior towards her (up until ep 14 which I haven't finished) came kind of off to me

"And when he does talk to her, he's roundabout, dismissive, sarcastic or even trying to make himself a victim." THIS. This is one of the things that gets under my skin. As somebody with very bad social skills if I found out he's been doing the sweet things and when we talk he is doing what is in the quotes I would not be able to sleep
Btw I just finished The Best Thing and I did feel that Yi Fan needed somebody like He Su Ye, a very emotionally intelligent person who does not shy away from being sweet and caring in her face

Thank you Rosie. Honestly I kind of posted the comment to get a voice of reason because I was getting very upset after watching some episodes, I tried to talk it through with myself and I was getting nowhere, well I was getting back to my first comment. And I just want to have a good time watching this.
Btw I know that you just can't wake up a sleepwalker, I was just trying to quote something that Yi Fan said previously.

Thanks for your reply. Even with all that I said, at this point I don't doubt that he really cares about her and that he even loves her and yes, he's done a lot for her. Maybe it's because I'm not good at picking up on subtleties, because if I were Yi Fan I would be thinking that he is rude to me most of the time. Another thing is that I don't think their relationship right now, ep 14, is at a point where he can tease her like that, even though they have history. I feel like she's been tip toeing around him most of the time but she has proven that she is comfortable around him but she is really awkward. idk maybe she is like this around him because it is him. I can be reading all this the wrong way. Definitely. Btw I know that I've contradicted myself a thousand times already. And I'm starting to get annoyed at myself. Nonetheless, I am really looking forward to their relationship developing.
Ok, I'm on ep 14, 10 min in and I have to say something that may upset some people but I need to know if anybody…
Am I the only one who has a problem with the way Sang Yan treats Yi Fan? Especially with the sleep walking and how he responds to these moments. To me it feels like he is taking advantage of her while she is unconscious; he shouldn't have let her kiss him while she was sleepwalking. One thing that really is pissing me off is how he is bothering her about something she cannot control, she has said sorry multiple times, she has also said something like "hit me to wake me up" and "lock your door" but he just doesn't do that and the reason is because he isn't really bother by her sleep walking but he said those things to get a reaction from her and I am like "why? Is he five?" and I know that he has been doing sweet things for her in the background but I am not a big fan of that when he is constantly being an a hole to her. Why can he be a decent person when he talks to her? Again, is he five?
Even tho I am not the biggest fan of the ML being a douche to the FL I am usually not this trigger by that trope cause that a day to day thing in Cdramas but in this case Yi Fan has gone through so much to be dealing with this bs.
Taking deep breaths, I am going to continue watching because I need to see Yin Fan's happy ending. And by the comments and reviews I have read, it seems like everybody loves this and Sang Yan is amazing and it ended beautifully and.... I need to see that.
Sorry if you read my whole rant. I just needed to get that out of my chest

I cannot believe how horrible Ju Yeon's grandma is! She's literally the devil incarnate. Every time I see him…
omg I came here to rant about the same thing. My heart gets crushed every time that horrible grandma is on the screen. That preview almost made me cry and it actually made me feel sick. This poor man can't even have a safe space in his house, and that is so infuriating, scary and sad. It's really hitting me hard
am I mistake or did the study group easily predominate a gang of manly black suit gangsters but when it comes…
Jun not passing out after being stabbed was... something😐 since ep 1 they have shown that some of the characters (Ga Min, Han Ul,...) have supernatural strength so I just let it go
I think the rating is low bc of the age gap but guys come on it’s literally 3 freaking years + they get together…
If it is bc the age gap it's so stupid (like if most of us didn't have a crush that was way older when we were in our teens). He lied about his age and she had a completely reasonable reaction when she found out.
