On Revenged Love Aug 9, 2025
Mondays and Tuesdays used to blur together,
just days to survive,
hours to push through.

Now I count down to them.
Because of Revenged Love.

Only three episodes left.
And already, something in me aches—
like I’m standing at the edge of goodbye
long before it’s here.

Wu Suo Wei and Chi Cheng…
Theirs was never meant to be a love story.
It began as revenge —
sharp, deliberate, cruel.
But Chi Cheng didn’t fight cruelty with cruelty.
He stood his ground in the storm,
armed only with patience,
silence,
and a fragile kind of hope.

And somehow, slowly,
the walls began to fracture.
Beneath all the jagged edges,
something tender took root.
Not the kind of love that erases the past,
but the kind that grows around the scars,
wrapping itself in the cracks.

But it’s not just them.

There’s Guo Cheng Yu and Jiang Xiao Shuai —
a quiet heartbreak
we never saw coming.
Guo Cheng Yu waited…
and waited…
Never rushing,
never asking for more than was freely given.
Just loving him from a distance,
silently,
faithfully.

And then Jiang Xiao Shuai —
the boy who closed every door
after being shattered by his ex —
finally let someone in.
He kissed him first.
Not out of recklessness,
but out of courage.
Out of the aching, beautiful truth
that he was finally ready to be loved.

Three episodes left.
Three hours until the light fades,
until the screen goes dark.

And I’m already grieving.

Because this isn’t just a drama.
It isn’t just two couples.
It’s a story about forgiveness,
about vulnerability,
about how terrifying and brave it is
to choose love
when the world has taught you not to.

No matter how it ends,
Revenged Love has already given us something rare —
a story that doesn’t just pass through you,
but stays,
and lingers,
and leaves both a wound…
and a hand to hold while it heals.

I’m so glad they became intimate as early as Episode 4, with the series only a third of the way through. It’s…
Don’t watch the Thai one, it was horrible
On Life: Love on the Line Aug 9, 2025
I love this drama so much I made a poem review 🥰

A Masterpiece That Lives on the Line

At first, I didn’t understand—
two boys walking in a straight line,
step after step.
By the end,
it was clear.
The title Life: Love on the Line
was not just a name—
it was their journey,
from seventeen to eighty-two,
hand in hand through time.

I can’t believe it took me five years
to find this treasure from 2020.
This is not the playful world
of university BL tropes;
this is a mirror
reflecting the weight of love,
family,
and the chains of expectation.

Akira saw Yuuki first,
felt the pull first,
stole the first kiss.
But after eleven years under one roof,
the outside world crept in—
parents, friends,
the whisper of “normal.”
Marriage.
Children.
A life that fits in the frame
but crushes what’s inside it.

Watching Akira’s struggle,
I saw myself—
early thirties,
still hiding,
still nodding through questions
I cannot answer truthfully.
The tears came easy.

Some will hate Akira for leaving Yuuki.
But context is everything.
Yuuki’s mother—warm, open.
Akira’s—rigid, fearful of gossip.
He wanted to be seen as “normal,”
until the cost became too high.
And when the truth returned to him,
so did remorse.
The confrontation with his mother
wasn’t just his victory—
it was his sister’s, too.

And still, the question lingers:
Does “normal” bring happiness?
Or does happiness live
only with the one
you cannot imagine life without,
regardless of what the world says?

What stays with me most
is the realism.
The raw, unshaken chemistry.
Every glance,
every word,
every silence—
honest and unafraid.

A masterpiece.
Ten out of ten.
Japanese BL doesn’t just tell stories—
it reaches into your chest,
finds your heartbeat,
and makes you feel it louder.
On The Promise of the Soul Aug 9, 2025
My second favourite Taiwanese BL this year,
after Secret Lover.

In episode 1,
Xia Ze Fang pushed too hard,
a kiss not ready to be shared 💋
Ye Hai Yuan turned away,
heart untouched.

Then came the soul switch 🔄
and suddenly…
it wasn’t the face he saw anymore,
but the spirit within 🕊️
gentle, steady,
filled with quiet warmth.

This story teaches —
love is not a chase,
not a force,
but a slow unfolding 🌱
If it’s meant,
time will lead it there.

Yet in reality,
a twenty-year-old loving a seventy-year-old?
Unlikely.
But here…
youth’s beauty hides a lifetime’s wisdom,
and a golden heart 💛 makes all the difference.

Reading the comments about episode 4, I honestly feel like I'm watching completely different show.Tuo’s behavior…
100% agreed
On I'm the Most Beautiful Count Aug 9, 2025
Does anyone know if Nut is sassy in real life or if it’s just his acting?

Because in Pit Babe 1 and 2, he was so manly. But now watching I’m The Most Beautiful Count, his acting is so good I can’t even tell if he’s acting or just being himself lol.
On I'm the Most Beautiful Count Aug 9, 2025
Omg, episode 2 had me dying.

That ending waterfall scene was absolutely stunning.

And that was the fakest bunny 🐰 I’ve ever seen... like, peak fake. Then somehow, when it’s cooked, it magically turns into… a chicken. Culinary witchcraft, I guess.

I’m loving this show though, Nut is pure sass and comedy gold 💁‍♂️.

unpopular opinion: i would rather have those weekly episodes then all episodes at once.. it kinda ruins the exciting…
I know most of you are shocked that they’re releasing the remaining episodes in just the next 5 days.
I was shocked too when I heard the news—and honestly, I got emotional knowing this masterpiece will end so soon. 💔
But let’s take a moment to look at the positives.
Firstly, instead of ending on 26th August, it will now wrap up on 12th August. That’s only 2 weeks ahead of schedule, not an entire month. And really, that’s not bad. It’s not like they’ve rushed 10 episodes—just 5.

Secondly, I’d much rather finish this masterpiece in 5 days than live with the fear that the homophobic censorship in China could cancel it altogether. Remember that week when Revenged Love didn’t air, and we all panicked? I don’t ever want to feel that again.

So yes, it’s bittersweet—but once it’s finished, we can rewatch it as many times as we want, dive into the BTS clips, and keep discussing it here.
Because for me, this show will always hold a special place in my heart, no matter when it ends. 🥀

Revenged Love is on top because it’s a masterpiece—great plot, amazing acting, killer chemistry, and a story…
I was this close to going full rage mode if it turned out to be another homophobia comment.

why this gay show is still on top in Chinese list in MDL ? CCP do something .... winnie the pooh
Revenged Love is on top because it’s a masterpiece—great plot, amazing acting, killer chemistry, and a story that keeps people glued to the screen. Millions of viewers around the world clearly agree, so no, it’s not some conspiracy that it’s popular.

And your “CCP (Chinese Communist Party)” / “Winnie the Pooh” comment? Cute. You’re basically saying the Chinese government should step in and censor it. The “Winnie the Pooh” jab is an internet meme mocking Xi Jinping because some people think he looks like the bear—it’s banned in China, which is exactly why people use it sarcastically online.

But here’s the thing—political digs aside, the show’s success comes from its quality. If you’re waiting for censorship to “fix” that, you might be waiting forever.

This drama’s success comes down to its quality—and no amount of censorship talk changes that.

On 16th July, Revenged Love hit a 9.0 — becoming the highest-rated BL ever on MDL, topping over 700+ BL titles. Then…
For your info, the current highest score on MDL is #1 When Life Gives You Tangerine at 9.4.
Out of the thousands of series on MDL, fewer than 20 ever make it over 9.0.
So fingers crossed—because I agree with you, this masterpiece absolutely deserves to be in that elite group with a 9+ rating.

On 16th July, Revenged Love hit a 9.0 — becoming the highest-rated BL ever on MDL, topping over 700+ BL titles. Then…
But 8.7 is still the second-highest BL on MDL right now.
The highest is Reset (Thai) at 8.8
and don’t get me wrong, I love Reset, it’s one of my favourites—
but Revenged Love is better by miles.
I have a feeling the MDL rating will climb.
It’s already sitting at 9.0 on IMDb, so the love is definitely there.

On 16th July, Revenged Love hit a 9.0 — becoming the highest-rated BL ever on MDL, topping over 700+ BL titles.

Then boom.
From 9.0 to 8.6 in just one hour? 🤦‍♂️ Suspicious AF. Either someone’s orchestrating a hate campaign, or a wave of trolls just rolled in.

A bunch of people who didn’t even watch it, just jumping on the bandwagon to downvote. So frustrating when genuinely good content gets dragged like that.

So the preview, the daddy is willing to kidnap Wu because he doesn't want his son in a homosexual relationship?…
I haven’t read the novel up to the kidnap part yet, but if this turns into another “mother-in-law flashes a stack of cash and tells the poor partner to take the money and get lost” moment, I’m gonna roll my eyes into another dimension. 🙄💸
Ma’am, this isn’t Deal or No Deal—your son isn’t a prize on clearance, and we are not here for another bargain-bin K-drama cliché.

Can someone explain to me why the schedule has changed? I'm not complaining though. Can help being sad a little…
If you scroll down you can see my comment but im just going to paste it here to make it easier for you

For everyone’s information, these are the reasons why Revenged Love dropped all episodes.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________
According to industry sources, the film has several scenes shot in Tianjin, and coincidentally, this coming September, Tianjin will host the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit – a major international event attended by many heads of state.

Along with that comes an extremely strict media censorship period, especially for film content featuring images related to areas where the event is taking place. Moreover, August and September also include major holidays such as August 15 (Victory over Japan Day) and September 3 (National Military Parade), so “laying low” is perfectly understandable.

That is why the production team decided to speed up and shorten the overall broadcast schedule – to wrap up early, avoiding sensitive timing and unnecessary troubles from the censorship process.

Episode 19 was heavy—aching with emotion.Episode 20, though, brought moments of lightness and warmth.
In Episode 19, the flashbacks cut deep—
Chi Cheng remembering his days with Wu Suo Wei,
their quiet routines, their laughter,
like a married couple bound by time and memory. 💞

But Episode 20’s flashback struck even harder—
Wu Suo Wei, walking slowly home,
cradling the photo frame of his late mother.
Scene after scene showing her love,
her care, her devotion.
And then… she was gone.
The only family he had left,
passing away right before his eyes.
He cried until there were no tears left.

And just when loneliness could have swallowed him whole—
Chi Cheng was there.
To hold him, to cook for him,
to take him grocery shopping,
to soften the sharp edges of grief.

Chi Cheng singing with his guitar,
surrounded by the calm beauty of the outdoors,
was breathtaking to watch. 🎶🌿
Their road trip in the car—full of laughter—
reminded us that joy can live alongside sorrow.
Cold to the world, perhaps—
but to his baby Wu Suo Wei,
Chi Cheng is pure care and tenderness.

Through one loss, they found their way back to each other.
The miscommunication cleared,
and now Wu Suo Wei, the “big boss,”
controls the family finances—giving Chi Cheng
just 10 yuan a month (about $1.40 USD).
Unrealistic? Sure. But hilarious nonetheless. 😆

And of course, our adorable second couple—
Guo Cheng Yu and Jiang Xiao Shuai.
Sharing noodles, baking cakes,
and lying in bed with a bolster between them—
pure comedy gold.
But the sweetest moment?
Guo Cheng Yu’s gentle forehead kiss,
and that small, shy smile from Jiang Xiao Shuai—
the kind that says, I like this… and I like you. 💖

It because it chinese bl that all they are starving uncensored bl and that the first one that can get over censorship…
That’s great to hear you’re open to giving Chinese BLs a try!

I’m so obsessed I actually keep track of all my BLs—I’ve watched 105 Thai BLs, 68 Korean BLs, 37 Taiwanese BLs, 23 Japanese BLs, and 17 Chinese BLs.

Every country has its own unique style and charm, and I genuinely love them all in different ways. But if I had to pick a favourite, China would be my top choice—so it’s definitely worth exploring their BLs. The storytelling, cinematography, and emotional depth are on another level.

I was watching 24 series last week — luckily 7 of them have already finished airing, so now I’ve got 17 left. It…
Hopefully you’re doing okay. It’s so easy to cut off toxic friends, but so much harder when it’s toxic family. I have a few siblings with gambling problems, and they keep asking me for money—I’m honestly so over it.
By the way, Revenged Love is fast-tracking all their episodes this week, so it’ll finish 2 weeks earlier. You should totally watch it—you won’t regret it!
