That was my own reaction and words, not FanXiao’s. I’m gay myself, and we don’t get to choose our sexuality. That scene really hit me, and honestly, a small burn on his hand felt like nothing. If I were there, I would’ve literally punched the brother.

To teach him a lesson. Being gay isn’t a choice, you’re born that way. The fact that ShuLang’s brother blamed him for being gay and for their mother’s death didn’t just anger FanXiao, it boiled us viewers too.

To be honest, that was a light punishment. It was just a small burn on his hand so he knows what FanXiao is capable of. In ABO Desire, HuaYong literally destroyed his brother’s hand for ruining the painting of his lover.

Can we pause for a moment and appreciate how incredibly sweet episode six was. It felt like watching two people quietly slip into love without even realising it was happening.
FanXiao waited for ShuLang to finish work and pick him up. They held hands as they walked down the street, looking like a couple who had already chosen each other long before either of them said the words. There was something so gentle and tender in the way they moved together.

During the painting session, FanXiao admitted he might lose everything. The fear in his voice was so raw. But ShuLang looked at him and said that he would not lose everything because he would still have him. He promised that if that day ever came, he would look after him. The way he said it felt like a vow. If that is not love then what is.

FanXiao changed the house lock, replaced all the photos with their couple photos and stepped into the kitchen to cook. He did everything that someone does when they quietly start imagining a future. They were already living like a real couple and it was beautiful.

When FanXiao accidentally spilled oil on himself, ShuLang immediately rushed over, kissed his hand gently and whispered that he had missed him. Their soft kitchen kiss after that felt so full of warmth. FanXiao saying he wanted to eat him first made the whole scene even sweeter.
At the dining table, while holding hands, ShuLang called FanXiao babe and told him not to be jealous. It was so intimate and natural that all I could think was that they should just get married already.

Then came the scene that completely broke me. ShuLang took FanXiao to his mother’s grave and said he had finally found the one. Man or woman it did not matter because he had found his soulmate, someone who treated him well and made him feel cherished. FanXiao stood there frozen, nervous and shaken, because at the beginning his intentions were never serious. He only wanted to play around without realising how deeply ShuLang loved him. Watching ShuLang shed tears in front of his mother’s grave because of him was heartbreaking. That moment alone felt like the emotional centre of the entire story.

I keep hoping the plot will truly reflect the line that says FanXiao tries to entice ShuLang into a relationship only to fall for him for real. Because that is exactly what it feels like right now. And just like in Revenged Love, if ShuLang ever learns the truth, I know they will be torn apart for a while. But they love each other too deeply to stay separated. They would always find their way back because life without each other would be unbearable.

So Nene is Than’s niece, and Marvin is Akin’s son? Does anyone know if Marvin is his biological or adopted child? Since Akin and Than were in a relationship, I’m curious whether he had a child with a woman after they broke up. And where is Marvin’s mother is she not in the picture? I’m also dying to know why Akin left without saying a word to Than.

What an incredible first episode. The ex to lovers storyline hits so much harder here, especially with the two cutie kids, Nene and Marvin bringing warmth and innocence into every scene. Than and Akin’s pain feels real, their chemistry is intense, and the flashbacks make everything even more heartbreaking. Peter and Golf are amazing, and that early NC scene was so raw and realistic. Emotional, mature and beautifully shot this is going to be a powerful journey.

I think the condoms were included to promote safe-sex awareness. Since the brand on the box or the packets wasn’t visible, it didn’t come across as product advertising at all.

Wow, the four boys only met four months ago, yet their bond feels like a friendship built over years. Genuine connections like this are so rare, and watching them together feels so real.

I love the flashback showing how Watarai started liking Hioki, how everything quietly began. It wasn’t just some random crush. Being popular isn’t always a blessing, and it was Hioki’s small gestures and simple words that pulled Watarai in. After watching episode seven, everything makes sense and connects beautifully back to episode one.

Only three episodes left. I’m already feeling sad. I’m really going to miss this show. It’s become my little Sunday comfort, something I look forward to every week.

Than has already been through so much. Imagine finally getting married and then becoming a widower the next day. The pain would completely destroy him.

Pheem might seem like a red flag but he’s that way because of everything he endured, fighting for revenge for his mother and growing up without love from his father or siblings. He became who he is because of all that hurt.

And in the end, he let all of that go. He walked away from inheriting the billionaire hospital because, standing at his mother’s grave, he admitted that having everything means nothing when he’s still alone. Than is the one he truly needed. He even left all his assets to Than and was willing to change his name and have nothing just to be with him.

For me, someone who chooses love over power, family over wealth, and healing over hatred doesn’t deserve death. If he died, Than would suffer for the rest of his life. That’s why the ending was perfect. If Pheem had actually died, it wouldn’t have been a good ending at all.

What a steamy week this has been. First Thundercloud Rainstorm set the bar, then To My Shore came in with even more heat, and I truly thought it could not get any better. But Interminable proved me completely wrong. The NC scene in episode four was on another level. It felt real, intimate, and unbelievably erotic. The chemistry between them was so natural that it blurred the line between acting and reality.

I thought BillyBabe in The Sign had already given us one of the hottest intimate moments in BL, and I honestly believed nothing could top it. Interminable shattered that belief in seconds. That scene was breathtaking. The way they touched each other, the way their bodies moved in sync, the heavy breathing, the lingering gazes, the softness mixed with raw desire. It felt less like a performance and more like two people who genuinely could not keep their hands off each other.

There was passion in every kiss, fire in every breath, and a tenderness that made the heat even stronger. It had the intensity of real lovers completely lost in each other’s bodies. It is the kind of scene that leaves you speechless, flushed, and a little ruined for anything that comes after.

Is it just me, or is anyone else completely drained after watching these siblings claw at each other, fight nonstop, and try to kill one another for ten whole episodes? By the time they all died at the end, the only thing I felt was relief. The silence after the chaos felt almost peaceful. It is heartbreaking how greed can rot a family from the inside, how wealth can twist love into hatred. It reminded me of those tragic historical dramas where princes and princesses shed their own blood just to climb a throne that was never worth it.

I have eight siblings myself. We argue, we disagree, and a few I do not always get along with. But the thought of hurting them, even for a second, feels impossible. Watching this family destroy itself felt strangely personal, like witnessing the worst version of what a family could become.

I started this series ready to give it a 1010, but slowly dropped it to a 9/10. OffRoad and Daou carried the show with their talent and chemistry, but it was Pheem’s story that broke me. This boy, robbed of his childhood in the cruelest way. Forced to watch his stepmother run over and kill his mother right before his eyes.

And the person who should have saved him, his father, chose cruelty instead. He abandoned him. Sent him away. Took everything from him without a second thought. That night did not just hurt him, it destroyed him. It carved itself into his soul, leaving behind a scar so deep that even the tattoo he later used to cover the wound could not erase its memory. He returned not as a son, but as a ghost carrying years of grief, anger, and a quiet, cold desire for justice.

The saddest part is that none of this suffering needed to happen. All this chaos, all this death, every broken life, trace it back and it all started with the father’s greed. In all this darkness, Daou and Offroad still managed to shine. Seeing my favourite pairing from Century of Love and Love in Translation again felt like a small light in this bleak world. Offroad’s transformation into Pheem was haunting. He became someone almost unrecognisable, a man shaped by trauma, and his performance proved just how powerful he is as an actor.

But even with all that brilliance, the constant shootings, the messy plot, and the ceaseless sibling betrayals wore me out. It was overwhelming at times. Still, despite the chaos and the sadness, I found myself deeply invested. And in the end, I can honestly say I still enjoyed the drama.

Holly Molly that NC bed scene in episode 5 was pure fire. The way they were kissing while smoking, letting that warm smoke slip between their lips and into the air, made everything feel even more intoxicating. It turned the whole moment into something raw, sensual and dangerously addictive. Fan Xiao pressing in close, their breaths mixing with that thin trail of smoke curling around them, it was honestly one of the sexiest visuals I have seen in a BL.
And when Fan Xiao whispered Wǒ ài nǐ in that low, breathless voice, it was game over. My whole body froze. It was intimate, possessive, erotic in the most stunning way.
We are only at episode 5 and I am already cooked. Ten more episodes like this and I might not survive.

I agree with you. Jeong Han was generous enough to let Il Jo stay at his place for free and even cover the surgery costs. At first, when he asked Il Jo to “pay him back,” the natural assumption was that he meant labour like cooking or cleaning.
Jeong Han would definitely be a red flag and toxic if he used the surgery fee to control Il Jo or force him to obey, similar to what we’re seeing in the Korean BL Tide of Love. But that’s not what’s happening here. Il Jo was the one who initiated the kiss, and he was the one who confessed first by saying he liked Jeong Han.
They genuinely like each other, so I don’t think the male lead is toxic at all.

The hotel scene is easily one of the sexiest moments I have seen in a Korean BL. JeongHan tying Il Jo up, kissing him with that possessive, predatory energy, created a scene that is both erotic and emotionally charged. It captures the perfect balance of obsession, vulnerability and red flag energy without going overboard.

With strong performances, addictive pacing and stunning visuals, Thundercloud Rainstorm is already shaping up to be one of my top Korean BLs of the year. It is dark, it is seductive and I cannot stop thinking about it. A well deserved 9.5 out of 10.
