These are probably Zheyuan Chens fan girls. I saw them on reddit at every mention of When I Fly Towards You they try to shill "Our Secret" where Zheyuan Chen was ML. This is quite a bad idea and if I were them I would try to bury that show as deep as possible because the acting in that one was sooo sooo bad. Anyway Our Secret was so mediocre but I guess having a crush on someone makes you go a bit side ways.

I noticed how wonderful the family dynamic in Su Zaizai small family is. Her mom and dad treat her as equal and value her opinion. Its no wonder she turned out to be the little sun, with that smiley face.

It was 330k before this show aired she is now almost 1.2mil. She wasnt that well known and this is def her breakthrough moment she also had her first magazine cover photoshoot recently. The ML was a bit more popular to start with his followers increased from 2.3mil to 3.6mil.

Lovely Us from the same director is the most similar for me. I am now watching Lets Meet Now from the same director and it isnt as good as WIFTY and Lovely Us but its quite decent. It has the two main actresses from WIFTY and there are connections between the two. The soundtrack is also better than WIFTY.

A rise in ratings on Douban again it rose from 7.5 -> 7.6 today which is very good.

Dont know I really want to continue with Hidden Love but on EP 19 I cant get over the fact that she is going to work for that crazy stalker girl. The female character seems to be getting stupider and I really dont like that.

Yeah I love the video diary I also like that it ends each episode with a nice line. Makes me feel like Im reading the novel.

Oh wow I was so glad this show was a success because Zhang Miayo got like a 4x boost in followers, But seeing all the trouble they went through and seeing how long this has been in the making you can absolutely see the directors love went into it. Every scene is so well done. Now Im even happier that this was a success. Heard a network bought it to broadcast in Korea.

I wouldn't worry about her or any other side character like her in this drama. Zai is very good with words and with people and handles situations very well. Rang learns early on to trust here because she is very honest, open, with a strong moral compas and a sense of justice. Conflicts in this drama are all quite short and all have a satisfying resolution. This is a heavily character driven drama which means the plot is here to depict the characters rather than to drive the narative.

Same director made Lovely Us and Lets Meet Now. Lets Meet Now also has both female leads as support cast.
