I knew that Cai Zhao deliberately saying those words since she was aware Qi was there and Mu Qingyan might and might not know the evil master was there too. It did not matter much, since he would still love her despite anything.

I was just admiring how well Zhou Yiran depicted Mu Qingyan.

Those beautiful heart wrenching words of love for Cai Zhao, begging her to be with him, only to watch her walking away. Yet, he still loved her and clutched the pearl she gave him. Nothing can stop him from loving her, not even when he thought that she was abandoning him.

I know that Zhou Yiran is a handsome young man, but he is incredibly stunning in this drama. He was cute in his other dramas but he is hawt here, with his long hair, the hanfu that enhanced his tall slim figure, expressive piercing look and deep sexy voice, all wrapped and delivered with his impressive acting skills.

Today's episodes are pretty intense and episode 26 left me screaming for more.

Same. I never skip scenes, and skipping scenes for wuxia will only confuse the viewers later on.

Some people can be so impatient and judge quickly, and worse, do that by skipping scenes too.
Zhaozhao had never liked anyone else but Mumu and she had been very clear about her relationship with the sect members.

I hope those who said that Cai Zhao did not love Mu Qingyan would not miss today's episodes.

I could not understand why FL (not only in this drama) with crazy in love ML would always be accused of undeserving of his love since it was 'not equal'.
But equal does not mean that the couple should love the same way, since they are 2 different persons, and that applies Mumu and Zhaozhao too.
He was always lonely, so his love for her made her the most important factor for him while she had her loving family and sect that she would not abandon for him. And also the master who kept 'brainwashing' her mind.
But when he was in danger, she could even strike the master she respected, shocking everyone.

Bao Shangen has done a good job in portraying the free spirited and pure in love Cai Zhao. Her chemistry with Zhou Yiran is really delivering that I want them to play the couple again in modern drama.

They were still in the same area. Only before on the cliff then fell into the lake. The production just cut off the 'crawling out of the lake and the drying themselves scene until the same enemies (who had to walked down the cliff) caught up to them.

Yuzhi liked Zhaozhao after she saved him. Yuqi did not like her romantically, only because she was a great future lady of the house. He liked someone else.
They might want Zhaozhao but she loved only Mu Qingyan.

The engaging writing, the vivid colour, the amazing landscape, the top notch chemistry and the well executed fighting scenes, completed by the beautiful cinematography. This drama is my addiction.
Too bad that the first episodes's sloppy editing made some people drop this drama early.
For those who like old style wuxia mixed with romance, you should give this drama a chance to grow on you. It will not disappoint . IMHO

The first episodes can be confusing because of the editing. The scene jumped from one location to another might not sit well for those who are already overwhelmed with the many sects and characters.
But the editing did not actually affect the storyline that much.
The main story of the entangled fate between Mu Qingyan and Cai Zhao was still ongoing accordingly.
This drama is the one that grows on viewers by watching more episodes. IMHO.

It is still episode 30 on Sunday, so it either Monday (7 episodes) or Tuesday (5 episodes)
or worse, 1 episode for Monday & Tuesday and express on Wednesday.
They will have to wait and see
