Many of the K-dramas you mentioned actually have the FL breaking up with the ML. 😅😂 Our Beloved Summer, did you even watch it!? Go back and rewatch it to see who breaks up with him over every little problem. And in the end, she is the one who ends the relationship because of her own insecurities.

And let's not even get started on the simping MLs and the FLs who date other people during time skips while the ML doesn't. In several of the dramas you mentioned, I already corrected your misinformation about the plot. If I watch the others, I bet I'll find that they're not like you described either.

You still haven't managed to name one K-drama where the ML goes away, dates other women while the FL waits for him, and then comes back with the fl doing all the effort to get him back , the exact situation we're talking about, even wheyits fl break up and dated others it's ml who chase after her, like welcome to smdalri fl for 8 years, and surly tomorrow, and I can name more. 

As I said, MLs usually do more in the relationship than FLs in these romance K-dramas. The FL is often focused on becoming independent, especially after breaking up with the toxic ex , while the ML is the one who fall first  keeps chasing, waiting, suffering, and trying to repair the relationship after they break up because fl have reason or she wants to be independent or a problem about their relationship being public, 

And about changing the mindset where women aren't valued or appreciated it's good , I have no problem with that. But why does changing that mindset require **devaluing the ML( men) **? Why do they need a bunch of men chasing one FL just to make her look more desirable? Why do they make the ML a simp and a supporting character in the FL's story just to make her look more badass or independent  so? She get more love because of that!!

I can debate this with you because it's ridiculously easy to see and an easy case to win . In so many romance K-dramas, MLs have no dignity or personality. Even when they suffer just as much, or sometimes more nobody cares because the FL's suffering and trauma is treated as more important and sad 

And nobody said the FL can't go abroad, study, accomplish her dreams, or build her career, that's completely fine , but saying she needs to break up with the man she loves in order to be independent is ridiculous, being independent doesn't mean being alone, It doesn't mean you can't accept help from your partner or accomplish your dreams while being in a relationship.

And being so insecure about accepting help from the man you love that you believe you have to leave him to prove you're independent isn't a healthy relationship dynamic either, or a person you wants to have a life with, that's just a fucked-up way of defining independence, it's called insecurity and toxic feminism, and one big double standard in many kdrama plot  like this fl don't accept ml help but accept sml help and in cdrama this happen more, like it's not accept help from men it's only when he's ml to prove to him. She can success without him but with another man's help like a recent cdrama love's ambition ( and when I say recent just because that what I remember , or there many of this kind stupid writing in cdrama and kdrama plot) that want to show to women you can't be independent and you're a partner with your man who respect your independent and know the difference between be a partner and a boss, but they don't talk about this they only make it look like it's forbidden for fl to be with ml and be independent.

they even skip teen years as nothing in some kdrama you don't feel anything change not the looks not the personality , just lazy stupid cliches that say you to be independent you have to break up with ml and go abroad and you will be successfully 100% and ml as a simp, he will be still waiting for you even when you have many dates or relationships, just come back and he will still waiting in the place you left him , 😅😂😂😂

It’s hypocritical to focus only on ML’s faults while ignoring what FL did and how much of her bad behavior he tolerated. It’s like she’s the only one who suffered, while he was enjoying life have not that he was feeling sad and have struggles of his own.

She was dating and living her life and she give up trying to accomplish her dream , while he was struggling and kept working hard, trying to accomplish their dreams. Yet somehow, all of that gets forgotten because people didn’t like that he didn’t want her to be far away from him.
It’s honestly crazy how easily they erase everything he did for her and reduce his entire character to that one decision , .

Some fans hate men so much that they can't even acknowledge what he actually did for her. They have so much sympathy for the FL's struggles, but they act as if the ML was some selfish asshole who deliberately did what he did just to hurt her and enjoyed watching her suffer. They completely ignore what he was dealing with, especially his shitty father and everything he went through because of him. Honestly, some fans are even worse than that father. 😭

I even read someone saying that the ML should die just because, for once, he was selfish enough to admit what was in his heart—that he didn't want to stay away from her. They turn that into proof that he's the evil character! 😂

And they completely ignore all the things you mentioned because, in their minds, the ML deserves everything that happens to him while the FL can do no wrong. No matter what she does or what choices she makes, they will find a way to justify it, while the ML gets treated like a villain for having feelings and making one selfish choice and still he helped her to have what she wants even when he didn't want her to go far from him because he loves her not because he wants her to be in his prison like a weird fan said.
