if I was Joe, I'd gaslight Ming and drive him crazy! "you think I'm the same Joe? I think you should see a therapist!"
Joe is down too bad for Ming to do that 😆 And he's basically too pure to be gaslighting anyone, even if he tried I am sure he'd fail spectacularly.

So Mike is the one responsible for Joe's death ? Is that the route they're going so Ming wouldn't be responsible…
Gosh I hope not. I don't like this idea at all lol I'm worried its making sense.

okay I'm about to watch episode 8 but I still cannot get over the fact that tiny Tharn pushed Joe down and Joe…
I dont know if this is because it's a milder episode but every other comment is making me laugh 😂 Stand up with the shrimp hanging on like necklace 🤣🤣🤣

But I think it was obvious that Joe wasn't expecting the move and didn't want to immediately punch him off of him, Tharn was an actor and it would do not one good if Joe made a bigger deal out of it. And within the literal 2 seconds he was trying to get that tiny cute shrimp off of him non violently, Ming barged in. So Joe didn't get the time to react at all.

In the novel things were reversed as Tharn gave everyone the impression that Joe is the one who assaulted him rather violently at that and given their size difference it is apparent who others sided with. Maybe they'll still do something with it later?

Can you spoil me a little about the body discovery part...I am becoming impatient.
It's just Joe is so shocked by seeing his own corpse he temporarily gets his head straight and all those bubbling feelings for Ming simmer down. Ming is like forgive me, Joe replies there's no way I can when I see my dead body I can't. And I'm here for it. I'm already angry that Ming thinks he has the right to lock himself up with the body and stop anyone from seeing it. I want Joe to unload upon him entirely the way book Joe did, each and every word truth about how he did him wrong and cutting Ming to the core.

Tong has such resting "I murdered someone & got away with it" face. It is so very punchable. I want someone to…
The way you described Joe acknowledging that he is infact a dumpster had me rolling so hard 😂 And Ming jumping out of nowhere, is this a horror movie or what lol but I guess it kinda is for Joe.

Justice for Wut! I'm mad he isn't even featured in the opening when even the background secretery is there just because he isn't pretty and young like others because why else would he not be there? Justice.

Poor Joe, everyone was onto him this episode 😂

It was a slow episode but from what I've read from the novel all the changes they've made I approve 👍 The last arc of Ming's family involvement never sit right with me because no way in hell or high heaven or whatever is Ming worth fighting over for Joe. It absolutely should be just Ming chasing Joe all the way with apologies till the end. And it seems to be going somewhat that way. Good 👍

But again this was a slow episode, almost fillerish because I guess they wanted to end it on finding Joe's body but I hope they don't mess up the intensity of the next episode. Joe's body discovery and its impact on him is probably my favorite part of the novel.

I'm not gay and a girl but when I saw him first in a reel of that lift scene with Up I found the Joe.2 actor better…
I did just now and damn he's stunning like that 😍 absolutely model looks. I just wish he was a better actor then maybe this series could've been his big break. But again if he was too good then we might all be wondering why he isn't playing the full present Joe role instead of this joe.1 to joe.2 confusion.

Still beauty in beholders eyes, maybe from just a picture I still might call him better looking than Poom, but the sheer sexiness oozing from Poom is unmatched once we see them in motion. For me currently there's no comparison that I'm all over Poom.

What the actual fuck.... I showed Poom's pics to my gay friends and they said he's not even attractive! How is…
I'm not gay and a girl but when I saw him first in a reel of that lift scene with Up I found the Joe.2 actor better looking than him. But then I saw the series and one bright smile of Poom and I was smitten. His appeal just isn't in his looks but his entire mannerism and in that beautiful smile of his. So I can guess how on first glace or in a still photo he might not seem like the handsomest guy of the world.

After years and years I've become so desperate about seeing the next chapter/episode of anything, that's how good this series is. Chef's love 💞 esp to darling Joe aka poom, miss Pepsi who is a wonderful director and the entire team.

I think it's so interesting that Joe is clearly able to set boundaries with Sol and Tharn but Ming is able to…
Ming treats him like a rag doll and Joe let's him and I love it

I so like to see him manhandled 😆But seriously with Ming and even Sol he is just soft on them, and Thran that little cutie I'm sure Joe could've punched him straight through the ceiling but he hardly got seconds before Ming barged in.

In terms of novel though Ming said that you only got a few moves from being a stuntman so Ming can and did many times took him over.

Poom acting is so amazing in this!!! Can't believe the 1st time I saw him was last year in Bake me please
How was he in it, what was his role? Was there good angst and healing there? I really want to know before watching.

Does Tong have any skills? All of things has done by Joe but known as Tong's.
He is a gifted actor as per the novel. I think that is apparent by how he has/had Ming and his sister wrapped around his fingers.

Oh, I wanted to comment on Joe's reactions and see if you agree!I have the impression that what hurts Joe is not…
Everything you said is on the mark. Joe being a stuntman isn't particularly bothered about the violence. He's tough.
Though Ming's roughness is disrespectful and even if he didn't feel it much before, he certainly felt it this time because the only two times Ming has been this violent with him was where Tong was involved. So it hurts that whenever it's between him and Tong Ming gets so triggered on Tongs behalf that he does whatever worse he could do with him reminding him that he is nothing to him in comparison to Tong.

Nothing much to resolve. Joe.2 is deader than dead, only his body remains behind which Joe.1s soul will keep inhabiting…
It isn't. But it's not Joe's fault, he himself isn't happy to be stuck in someone else and see his own body as a corspe, it's genuinely horrying and traumatic in a way that no one else can understand.
