The preview of ep 10 and 11 made me melt. it's gonna be epic.
I’d say it’s very much a he fell first and fell hard situation, with him actively pursuing her. But once they’re together, the FL’s feelings grow gradually and naturally—it’s not a case of the ML doing all the emotional heavy lifting…it feels balanced, not one-sided or exhausting to watch.
not trying to be rude and anything, just genuinely curious. yours is the third or fourth comment i've seen asking…
For a lot of viewers, age gap matters more in modern, realistic romances because the bigger the gap, the more likely it is to come with a power imbalance — especially in work or social dynamics. For others, it’s simply a personal preference or comfort thing. So yeah, it’s not a universal dealbreaker, but for some people it’s part of deciding whether a show is their vibe.
Took all the restraint to stop myself from reading the novel first for first frost and speed love before watching…
I just finished the novel and found it quite enjoyable. It has very comforting romance vibes — nothing suspenseful or action-packed, more in the vein of the drama: The Best Thing. The leads don’t really have misunderstandings or break-ups once they commit to each other, which honestly made it a very easy, cozy read. I’d say it really comes down to your taste and mood ;) And yes, so far, they kept it close to the novel
I had really been looking forward to this. However, I don't like any of the characters. After 7 episodes, I'm…
I agree, the drama does have a slow start. The dynamic shifts a bit faster after episode 9 (at least judging by the preview), and once the ML gets over his hostility he starts pursuing the FL much more openly, which makes it easier to watch. That said, if it already feels like a chore, it might be worth taking a break and coming back once more episodes are out.

Yes, I'm enjoying the novel quite a bit and judging by the adaptation they stuck close to it 🤩 So far I'm swooning over the ML, actually both leads are very likeable characters
I'm reading the novel now and he decides to move on and a short while later finds out it was all a misunderstanding
Yes—he believed the FL had invited him out and was on his way to meet her when the accident happened. The injuries he sustained ended his medical career, which understandably left him bitter. Part of that resentment was directed at her, since she never visited or contacted him afterward and seemed to have completely forgotten him when they met again.
Later, it’s revealed that the invitation actually came from the FL’s father’s “adopted” daughter, and that the FL had never met the ML at all. He learns the truth relatively early in the novel, which reframes his anger and the entire situation.
Exactly my sentiments. The writing could have been much more solid, and there was really no need to make the characters…
Completely agree. The over-cutesy writing diluted what could’ve been a much more grounded and compelling story. And the fake sibling setup really didn’t need to be that messy, I always struggle with this trope but the execution in this particular one was even more uncomfortable. Nice to see someone else clocking the same issues. Thank you for reading 🫶
In the same light, l hope people will be honest and clearheaded while reviewing this drama. It’s undeniable…
Absolutely agree. Honest discussion and differing perspectives are what make fandom spaces interesting in the first place. As long as things stay respectful, there’s room for both praise and critique. When it stops being constructive, stepping back is usually the healthiest choice for everyone involved. 💛
Just a friendly reminder to the more aggressive fans: people are allowed to have opinions, especially when a show isn’t perfect (because none are). As long as critiques are respectful, there’s no need to bully or dogpile others for not loving everything the same way you do. Different takes make discussions interesting. Maybe touch some grass, then get back to studying or whatever it is that gives you this much free time ✌️
Create as many fake accounts as u can but the drama is already trending #1 so shitty reviews like urs cannot bring…
Go touch some grass and back to study or whatever it is you do and stop bullying people who don't agree with you sweetie, because judging by when your account was made, it's clear whose one is fake.
