They did, first to help the FL's friend and then to avoid being accused by the villain, but yup, they got married relatively early in the story.

I can’t speak for everyone since tastes differ, but the plot definitely picks up after episode 15. Episode 19 in particular stands out for several reasons, and it just keeps getting better from there — personally, I really started loving it even more around episode 25.
That said, I’ve enjoyed it overall since the beginning because I vibe a lot with the leads’ chemistry. But if you’re finding it hard to stay invested, it might just not be your cup of tea, and that’s totally okay too!

Yup, can't recall them mentioning anything about it. I do like that they're not spoon feeding us ( well relatively with other dramas) and there are things that we should read between the lines and keep us guessing 😅

I think there are a few things going on — first of all, no one in this realm actually knows what Ming Xian’s aura feels like, not even JBZ, since when they fought she was under an illusion spell. So it’s not something anyone would immediately connect. Plus, 27 is barely ever around people — he mostly interacts privately with Ming Yi or later with the main group, so there’s less chance for anyone to notice similarities. And honestly, they probably have some kind of concealment going on — spell, artifact, charm, whatever — because everyone in this show hides something at this point 😅

I guess he’s not mad because he finally gets it 😭—while every other celestial power-hungry gremlin is after the GMD for status or control, he realized MY needs it just to stay alive. Like, not for her realm, not for glory—just pure survival. He’s seen her hurt herself again and again for him, knows she’s not scheming for gain, just trying to breathe another day.
