All in all, this was a cute and cozy little watch—like a warm cup of tea wearing fuzzy socks. Perfect for those days when the weight of existence feels personally targeted at your soul, and all you want is to watch two attractive people fall in love while doing absolutely nothing stressful. The leads? Delightfully likeable. Their chemistry? Chef’s kiss. Bonus points for the comfortable skinship—no awkward stiff hugs or hesitant kisses, just pure “we trust each other’s deodorant” energy.
Now, let’s talk plot. It’s simple. Like, baby’s-first-love-story simple. At times, it tiptoes into the land of the blissfully naive, but honestly? Not every day needs dragons, trauma, or a love triangle involving your reincarnated ex. Sometimes you just need fluff. And this? This drama won’t change your life, but it will wrap you in a blanket, feed you marshmallows, and whisper, “shhh, no thoughts, just cuddles.”
Thanks for the kind words! I might just take that break and binge-watch some non-C-drama content for a bit. 😆 But you’re right — May’s gotta bring something good, right? Here’s hoping we’ll finally get some fresh drama goodness that actually makes us swoon. 🤞🏼
Ah, I see what you mean. That makes a lot of sense — it’s one thing to meet the characters, but it’s another to feel them. When the chemistry clicks, it really transforms the whole story. Sadly, for me, those moments have been few and far between lately, especially with this cdrama drought we’re in. It makes me miss the days when almost every new show had at least one pairing I couldn’t stop thinking about, or maybe it was because I was very new in this genre and was easily impressed and invested. For this drama the only character I'm enjoying is the FL, which makes my disappointment worse when it comes to her and the ML dynamic.
Nice, I admire this about you 👏 unfortunately for me, the storyline depends very much on the characters and their presence, especially for a 40 ep drama 🤦♀️ Nevertheless, hope the storyline will not disappoint you till the end 🤞
Right? Idk, maybe I stopped way too early but I'm struggling getting invested in the leads relationship and that was the main reason I started watching this.... I hope they stay just siblings but I know that's not gonna happen 😂😂😂
I suppose 😅 it's very rare for me to have it but here we are. I've stopped at mid ep.5 cause their bond looks so pure and genuine ( as opposed to the very bland ML ) , unless this SML turns out to be a villain I'm enjoying his character way more...
Broooo, the fact that I'm looking forward to FL and SML scenes more than the main leads scenes is not a good sign 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I really wanted to like this one
I agree with the fellow viewers here. Somehow got to the 5th episode and just not feeling the leads chemistry at all. I don't see it getting better, plus the ML's character is quite uninteresting, I don't even know how to explain it, like milk-and-water? Lmao I know we're supposed to overlook a ton of stuff when it comes to mini dramas, but this one just didn't grab me 🤷♀️
