You still didn't answer the question. Guess you don't want to admit in your own words that you like r*pe porn and get off to the s*xual abuse of women. Everything else you're saying is to avoid having to enage with that question straightforwardly.
You are great at dancing around what you don't want to talk about and just keep adding random points without engaging with what was actually said.
Several things: > I didn't demonize anyone. I can be disgusted by r*pe porn. Please quote exactly where I demonized him > I never equated r*pe porn with actual r*pe. I clearly said I don't like that men get off to watching s*xual violence on women and asked what it means that men (including you it seems) get off to that kind of content. If what you're getting off to is the simulated act, then you must like something about that act > It is ironic to see you claim that I can't convincingly prove my point, when you are the one dancing around my very straightforward question, making up all sorts of things I didn't write, incorrectly making assumptions (and using those incorrect assumptions to prop up your limp arguments), and, on top of all that stupidity, pretending you don't have the critical thinking skills to consider how porn made specifically for sexual gratification might play a different role or have a different effect than media made to tell an overarching story (in which murder may be just one plot point or a vehicle to move the story, rather than being the whole purpose. Unlike r*pe porn, a story as told in movies or TV shows is about much more than the violent points. Tell me, do you seriously think r*pe porn has any point besides letting people get off to r*pe?). If you want to critique my comments, maybe actually engage with what's there instead of making things up. > I think people who enjoy watching others be r*ped, fantasy or real, should feel humiliated and ashamed. A standard I can't meet myself? That's laughable. I don't have any issues being disgusted by r*pe, fantasy or real. That's a very easy standard to meet. Just be honest and say that *you* can't meet that low standard > Where did I say I hate the guy? See, you're making things up again. I specifically said the content of the porn is disgusting and I find it gross. I even specifically said I had no issues and came to the comments to write how there's nothing wrong with what he did, especially if it was an accident. I only became disgusted with what he posted after I learned what kind of content it was. Please, why keep making things up to argue against? It's like you are arguing against your fantasy of me rather than the actual me > You trying to equate r*pe media with other violence shows how simple your viewpoint is. You really can't find ANY differences between violence that is ultimately a plot point in a larger story versus r*pe that is specifically for people to get aroused and get off to the image and sound of people being harmed? Do you touch yourself to murder in films? I can't even take your comments seriously anymore, because it's clear you are just trying to deflect from any legitimate discussion
I'm not going to respond again because you seem capable only of making things up/assuming points. Very "typical person" of you I guess
In this case, we should also ban action films, because violence is disgusting, any horror and thriller films,…
First, I didn't watch Squid Games specifically because I think the violent concept of it and the way people react to it is tiring. I actually came into the article to complain about why the actor would be required to apologize since watching porn is not a crime and sexual prudishness is really out of place in modern society. However, when I learned about the content of the porn I was fully disgusted.
Second, the porn specifically shows sexual violence against women. That's why I'm talking about it. Why would I talk about violence against another group when it has nothing to do with this article? You're spouting nonsense because you want to avoid answering the question of why you would defend porn specifically made to get viewers off watching women be s*xually violated. Why do you find that content worthwhile to defend?
I guess either you get off to women being r*ped or don't mind if other people do. If that's the kind of human you want to be, there's nothing anyone can do to change you. You decide
In this case, we should also ban action films, because violence is disgusting, any horror and thriller films,…
We exist in a world that constantly demeans, degrades, and s*xually punishes/abuses women specifically. Why are you defending porn that specifically encourages its viewers to get aroused and pleasure themselves to the act of women being violently r*ped to death? You find that kind of thing worthwhile? That's the kind of human you want to be? Someone who enjoys or is okay with others enjoying women being r*ped?
The storyline kinda sucks a bit in comparison to the first season. I know that they changed the format of the…
I think they had to change the format because of the cast. Season 1 cast had so much natural comedy (the trio of Na Rae, Kkwachu hyung, and Hong Chul was so good consistently, even to the point that their final moments are all tangled together), and I think a majority of the members were well experienced with variety shows/shows more based on talk-comedy. They casted much less comedic/variety-experienced members in Season 2. I think they realized the cast was going to need some help and the change in format was their solution. Such a shame.
I agree with you that this should feel like a reality simulation survival show instead of a game show-- it's what I liked so much about Season 1. It really felt like ANYTHING could happen and it was so funny that Na Rae and Kkwachu hyung stuck with the group while slowly turning into Zombies. They didn't just disappear like a lot of the contestants this season. If they do have a Season 3, I hope they use a similar casting method as Season 1 with people who have experience and are skilled with working without a script or specific direction
People are saying it's r-porn-- that's gross. I'm not really bothered by the uploading of a porn parody poster, but the content of that porn is disgusting
I hate those kinds of things are allowed to be created. I know some women watch it because it's like a fear thing (let me just get over seeing the thing I'm most afraid will happen to me), but what does it mean that men watch these???
so instead of editorials yall are just gonna publish unconfirmed rumors now? is this who we are?
Yeah, this is crazy. It's one thing if the identity of the friend is available to verify, but we can't even tell if Lu Si was any part of the post. It could all be fiction or it could all be true. The articles at this time should just stick to laying out what happened ("A viral post on social media alleges abuse of Zhao Lu Si, however, there has been no comment from Lu Si or her agency at this time. As such, we caution readers to treat the post as neither true nor false until further news comes out").
They need to be strongly cautioning people to not spread rumors or make any nasty comments. I think that was what the "friend" was trying to focus on, that people need to not be making a spectacle of Lu Si or gossiping when she's going through something. We can support her without needing to know the full details of her treatment, until she is ready and wants to share.
The grandfather even knew that his grandson was responsible for killing the orphanage kids but did nothing. He…
The real Baek Sa Eon didn't cause the accident. Grandfather Baek had already decided to replace the original Baek Sa Eon, but the youngest boy of the Hong family actually saw the original Baek Sa Eon. To erase all witnesses of what the original Sa Eon looked like, Grandfather Baek ordered the car accident. The young Hong boy was killed, no witness of the original Baek Sa Eon left. Since no one was around who could point out the fake, Grandfather Baek killed the original, and the replacement Sa Eon was brought into the family.
The Hongs were never supposed to find out, but Father Hong discovered that actually Grandfather Baek ordered the accident that killed his son and injured his daughters. Father Hong was going to kill Grandfather Baek, so Grandfather Baek quickly confessed that he had already killed the original Baek Sa Eon. Father Hong had nothing to do with the "murder" of the original Sa Eon.
Definitely a family of terrible people, but just wanted to clarify that Grandfather Baek did not kill Sa Eon to appease the Hong family. Grandfather Baek felt that Sa Eon was a liability and got rid of him for his own sake. He just revealed that fact to Father Hong so that Father Hong would realize they both lost children and maybe be more open to making a deal with him. The deal they make in the rain scene is that Father Hong could ask Grandfather Baek for anything and Grandfather Baek would provide/do it.
Before you comment, did you read the FULL article? If you're here to crap on Doona, I bet not. Before you comment something negative about the headline, consider the following:
"Bae Doo Na, who usually doesn't wear heavy makeup, revealed that Yeong Su, surprisingly, is the character that required the most effort in makeup. 'I don't usually wear much makeup, so there are times when my makeup takes less time than that of the male actors [I'm working with].'
She continued, 'The costume team wanted to make me look like an exemplary mother, something a textbook mom might wear, and I was fine with that. But the makeup team wanted to put on freckles. I spent an hour every morning on makeup, but ironically, it looked like the most natural makeup look I've ever worn.'"

if you had watched her works, you would understand if there was really any need for strong glamorous make up for…
If you would read the article you would realize that she says the character she plays in Family Matters (the "regular" mom) actually requires the MOST makeup she's had to do in a while, even though the effect ends up being very natural. Why would you not read the article and make claims literally refuted by the article you are commenting under?
You read the headline and then went straight to the comments to rant. Makeup is a part of her work. Is she not allowed to talk about the behind the scenes of her job?
The article writer purposefully twisted the headline to catch the interest of people like you, who are happy to assume and comment angrily than read the complete article THEN comment like sensible people.
Also, copying this here because I know, even with my comment, you will not go back and read the article:
"Bae Doo Na, who usually doesn't wear heavy makeup, revealed that Yeong Su, surprisingly, is the character that required the most effort in makeup. 'I don't usually wear much makeup, so there are times when my makeup takes less time than that of the male actors [I'm working with].'

So the car kidnapping dude is the original Baek Sa Eon and that's why he wants to get "everything" back? Baek Sa Eon's parents know who he is because of the description of eyes, age, and anger issues. But why did the family pick the now Sa Eon to replace him? Is it because he witnessed the attempted murder of the OG one?
And what do the twin brothers have to do with anything? If Sa Eon is one of the twins, what happened to the other one? Is that the murder he witnessed, of his own brother? Sang U can't be the twin since he has photos of himself as a kid, I think, and the people from the orphanage would have known.
And who is helping the OG Sa Eon? Is it Hong Hee Joo's father trying to get In Na back into position? But then he would've just let them get married in the first place. Can't be Sa Eon's father because he's too inept. His mom doesn't seem to gain anything from it (although I have a feeling she had a role in keeping her bio son alive). So are they going to introduce a new villain almost at the end of the drama? I think I'll be a little disappointed if it's someone we haven't seen on screen or alluded to yet.
Everyone saying Bae Doona is not attractive or just plays the same character is crazy to me. She's gorgeous and has a magnetizing energy. And if you've watched Matrimonial Chaos and now see her in Family Matters, you can't honestly claim she doesn't have range
This article really should not bring out so much vitriol in you-- if it does, you need to look in the mirror and ask why a woman who doesn't even know you exist/hasn't done anything that affects your life can make you seethe with anger and hate
Was watching Bae Doona on a different show and she talked about how she prefers less makeup while acting but wears…
Yeah, these comments are wild. I'm willing to bet they didn't actually read beyond the headline. The headline itself is frustratingly misleading too: Once you read the article and have proper context, you realize she said that acting the character of Yeong Su takes more makeup than past roles she's done. And that it's in past roles where her makeup sometimes takes less time than male counterpart-- which is a very VALID comparison since usually men have less makeup than women in roles (unless there's special effects involved).
They purposefully twisted the comment slightly to get more engagement, and it worked perfectly on the people who hate Bae Doona for no good reason.
idk why i laughed so hard at that lady who thought she could still walk🤣 because you did what with your baby????…
Yooo, that was so shocking! My mouth actually dropped open when it was revealed. Did not think she could get worse, turns out she's beyond rotten from the beginning. My stomach is still queasy thinking what she did to her baby
