As far as I know she is alive in the book. BUT as far as I can see they're killing some characters, which aren't dead in the book, so they may kill Tong'er just to be more dramatic.

If you are wandering why JL was so close to duke Su at 14 ep -- it's because she knew that she won't die that way. She just choosed the safest place logically, not emotionally. That's why she was so hard on him after that -- her only goal for now is survive and complete her revenge.

I don't think she will get her XFF identity because of Jiang Li. She will clean XFF reputation, but if she tell everybody that Jiang Li died miserably it wouldn't give her justice. I mean she wanted to have adulthood ceremony for JL, make a name for JL and it all will be lost and everybody would just feel pity over JL fate and nothing else.

But isn't the wife KIND OF part of his family too? I mean even his mother and sister knew about Princess claims and only XFF was clueless. So I think she gave lots of promises to him and to his mother and while SY was hesitating his mother decided to "help him".

But WHY they have more eps on workdays and less on weekend? I can't grasp this logic.
