I think it'd be easier to deal with the SLS in this series if EunBi's attraction towards YiAn made sense. But she starts liking him almost out of nowhere. It's still jarring when I think about.
In my head I try to imagine that EunBi and YiAn part ways somewhere down the line (in a way where they are still on good terms though), and that EunBi realizes or finally develops feelings for TaeKwang and they get together and live happily ever after.
THAT or TaeKwang quickly finds someone else who will make him really happy.
I think more than wanting the characters to be together, I want TaeKwang's character to be happy.
I saw a comment on different website that suggested that the mysterious group of people could be rich kids worried worried about losing their places. Hence why they might find DaeHwi useful and why they would want to stop the demerit system. I didn't even consider this before, but it would make a lot of sense.
I am so confused right now. Can someone tell me who the real X is????
I somewhat agree with the comment above me but I think the specifics are still up in the air right now. You can make arguments for TaeWoon being behind the slideshow too. But I definitely do think that DaeHwi is behind certain things based on little things TaeWoon has said (like "how would the students feel if they knew what you've been doing"). The getting cut on the glass situation is still suspicious as well (we haven't seen any real proof of a wound from anyone). AND we can't forget the suspicious group of students.
So much mystery, I love it!
TaeWoon's little (currently) one-sided crush is so cute. He tries to act like he's a tough bad-boy, but then he's all flustered.
But while his crush is cute, I'm still not quite sure about the romance. Between the two of them i'm not sure if there's enough chemistry. Still, this is written as of the 5th episode so we'll see.
I really love that at this point it's still hard to tell who the culprit is or if it's a 1 person, a group, or multiple individuals acting on their own.
So far really exited for this series. It's the first time I'm watching a "School" drama as it airs. I missed out on 2015.
This is really interesting so far, there are times where I feel like I know who it is, but then other parts cast enough doubt to keep me guessing. I just hope the show doesn't leave any plot holes.
people seem more upset about the prosecutor dying & there not being a Perfect Happy Ending rather than the plot holes and unexplained situation it ended in
Of course I also wanted to see everyone get perfect justice and for SiWan to get locked up, but most of the events leading up to the deaths was plausible behavior for all them.
After the timeskip though, it doesn't make sense. Why they were still doing that, but also setting up a conflict all really teases a 2nd season, but I don't know if that's likely. It would have been better if they had left the timeskip out.
While the ending was disappointing I think people are overreacting just a bit. I don't think I've ever seen kdramas with 2nd seasons, but here's to hoping that maybe they'll do one, or at least a special.
I think overall the drama was good enough to feel alright with the ending. Nothing is perfect and frankly despite the weird direction of the last few episodes, I think this drama still deserves high marks.
This is a short & sweet romance. Nothing too amazing, but it's definitely good if you just want to indulge in a drama that has all your favorite cliches but with a fraction of normal drama runtime.

Why?
Don't ask me, I don't know.
I would also personally add The Heirs and Boys Over Flowers.
