Okay to set it again to some normal boundaries, I quite like My Stubborn. I am not stan of these actoress nor am I hater, I am just a regular watcher of BL series. And I can understand if it was not to everyone's liking, how first Omega verse series was portrayed. And that many were waiting and hoping for Thailand to come and do this type of story, where more explicitness and openness is gonna be expected of course. But really, the first minute of the trailer is all oversaturated symbolic / colors / setups mashup of again, poorly lit ASMR creator/ KinnPorsche, who couldn't suck it up with lightning at actors with colorful but nonsensical lights either/cheap soft porn, some evocative and provocative, very specific symbols of stuff that it's not for everyone, so not everyone is gonna die over f.e. seeing a wolf (it truly more than anything reminds me of this overly emotional Natalia Oreiro music videoclips from 25 years ago, but in modern coat), and music video looking like promises that are not gonna be delivered the way we would imagine or hope for.
These two actors have the advantage of being willing to show explicit scenes and work with them whilst having the fortune of living in Thailand instead of China where these scenes make up (sort of) for other shortcomings.
I am not saying that I am not looking forward to different portrayals of omega verse however I am very dissatisfied with someone feeling the need to be hyped over this and bellitle in the process the first country that /actually/ came with live action version of such daring concept.

So the first minute is more like BDSM play rather than Omega verse, it reminds me heavily of PeteVegas, so obviously they did not have in the whole competition of being first for Thailand time to think properly about original stuff they could include, and as always prefered to avoid using original stuff.

To be honest it is so clear cut that it's obvious that they just did not even want to work with proper materials so they stuffed inside lots of scerrns of texts and tried really hard to use as minimum of a record time of anything as possible (which is understandable, the actor's series + special eps just aired so they would not technically have so much time to record something proper), but.
You're trying to shame Abo Desire but you are not having the proper cards in your hands yet so maybe wait, because you never know if you will not be heavily disappointed with this one (too). And I don't mean physical satisfaction of seeing more explicitness on screen, I mean how the series is actually done.

So far this did not satisfy me enough to even say if this is going to be good or bad, and we all know that My Stubborn was just very on the verge between being very bad and very good. I have high hopes they will do something with it in the end to make it look better than it actually is, but they are still going to heavily rely on explicitness. But remember - explicitness to the extent thatis appropriate in Thailand. So please, can we just stop this war? Come to me again when we will have 5 to 10 such series and you are gonna have /proper/ pick to drop in our faces. Until then, I will still choose Thailand series for comfort / explicitness and Chinese series for elegance / daring concepts. Nothing new, exciting, original or exceptional under the sun so far.

Same here I am as well excited for the new season but my prediction is they will not break up and Hayama will do everything in his power not to, so I expect straightforward refusal And nothing lees, if for not anything else then at least for this trope of being forced to break up over industry is too overused. And I felt since season 1 that they have this thing of twisting things, not doing it the tropey way. But we shall see.

Look, i am comparing everything to Old-Fashioned Cupcake since certain point, and I was definitelly less head over heels with season one than i am currently with this whole project just because it wasnt a lie or playing at the end of ssn1. However, after even watching ssn1 they managed somehow to deliver most heartfelt and believable moments that can compete in my heart with even OFC, even if the whole story couldn't.
So... yes, i consider it def. one of the better/best series of Japan with big stage's moments indeed.

Alas, i am fan of the genre, not specific couples, but i do like the guys. Hmmm, ok, thank you, since i have Love Sea and this on list rn, i will binge it this or one of the next weeks if i don't find anything else (hello, I am Nobody, I hear you).
