Mmmm, i like the "conservative" note. It is as explicit as chinese series could be with man getting pregnant. It is mix of both. But yes, if u watch Shine, don't expect that sort of explicit scenes. But if u were watching japanese and korean BL series just a year, two, three years ago... I would say it is similar or better.
