Yes it was distracting... They could have done better with the lighting and made the scene better.... It is bad only because they didn't match the lighting of the background.... We don't see people complaining when Tom cruise has green screens because they make sure the lighting matches

Regarding the makeup.... I've seen the guy whom the FL rejects having makeup which makes them look really sad and depressed in every series that shows this storyline.... Whatever the circumstances, the rejected guy has the same makeup....

Well one of the longest Hindi serials has around 3.5k eps… ran for more than 10 years… my grandma used to watch every ep with full dedication before she gave up on all serials😂😂 she’s into religion now

I have no problem with shooting with green screens…. Just make sure the lighting is right…. Those “European” scenes had very incongruent lighting and very obviously edited even to my amateur eyes…. Just had to put it out there…. Not to be offensive at all
Even in ep 25 there were a few frames shot using green screen, but not that obvious
