This is what makes these dramas great. They dare to suggest that love doesn't conquer all in the end the way we used to see it. FM also did not submit to ML but fought with all her capabilities until the very end.

Had such high expectations for this drama but it turns out to be pretty bad. Only Ryan Cheng is saving it until some extend.

Nam Sun Ho love interest was his friend Seo Hwi. He basically wanted to protect everything important to Seo Hwi. Sometimes honor and love doesn't mix well together, I would agree that there was too much back and fort, maybe they could have warp it with good 14 episodes instead stretching unnecessary the story.Do you know any similar Korean dramas like this one. I gave it 9.5 because we see a lot trashy dramas with perfect 10, this one definitely looks overlooked to me.

It didn't seem she was motivated, story got so stretched that it looked she lost what was her main goal, so did the story writers obviously. Could have worked with less episodes. Dudu isn't the issue, but her fake baby voice delivery, so typical for some Chinese dramas. These moments feel so cringe it makes me puke. It was not actors decision, it is the director.

I am already at episode 4 and I can't stop watching it. Such an amazing story and great acting.

Ppl tend to give easy 10 for almost anything with few beautiful actors on screen. This doesn't come close to dramas like "Love like a Galaxy" or "Story of Kuning Palace". This Serie has some amazing fighting scenes, but that is literary where the good things end. The female lead is suppose to be strong and motivated to clear her name and prove her general skills but we see her running around male lead ,talking to him with fake baby voice and calling him Dudu every 3 mins.

I agree to some part with this review, however 5.5 is a way too low for this gorgeous drama. We get too many 10's for total trash dramas. To rate this with 5.5 is criminal.

I watched 7 episodes and did not fast forwarded a single moment. This drama is amazing with great story and acting.

Another flashy, beautiful and boring drama. At least here the female lead doesn't make the baby voice when talking to male lead. This was worse part in "Female General".

let us hope this one would be better because the other "female General" was waste of time.

7.7 is still high score. Most dramas are super overrated, mindless ppl tend to give 10 for anything, Moonlight reunion doesn't deserver more than 8.

Well it doesn't go anywhere. More than halfway is completed and there are only filler scenes with female lead doing baby voice and having cringe love scenes with the general.

There is no second couple here. Both couples play main roles. I love this TV series even with this open ending. I really hope they make season 2.

I love to like it , but so far it looks like same old story with different actors. It is impossible not to recognize a woman in men clothes, especially when she doesn't look butch at all. The cringe dialogs where she acts with her voice like 5 years girl to ML makes everything even worse.

Yan Zi Xian deserves better roles not in low budged dramas.
