I checked your data and .... your opinion is not justified. There are fun dramas they made since 2019 and also some masterpieces, like ONCE AGAIN in 2020.

I am not familiar with KBS2 so much, there are some boring dramas in here, some that started great and flopped like For Eagle Brothers, but also some great ones, like Iron Family, Once Gain, First Night with the Duke, etc. You cannot dispute Once Again, it has high ratings even on MDL.

Think again.... Ogwi did all the things to collect the power and then enabled the bad evil to take over the entire globe. How is that NOT stabbing the angels?

I agree PHS should have been on the screen more, Mirr and him should have been explained earlier and better, etc.

So grow up and understand what a powerful evil force this can be

Being a villain does NOT exclude romance, and also does not mean epic violence like Godzila vs King Kong... A real villain can be quiet, polite, and even thinking they are in love and doing a good thing, or just trying to destroy a romantic competitor, or being jealous.... and every adult at one point learns that.....
Esp Romance is a powerful tool of evil - it will turn so called "good people" into total monsters.....

Ok I understand your point now. So I will speak my piece now.

In real life, a lot of villain stuff is 1000% related to romance - jealousy, envy, possessivness, rejections, etc etc etc .... . Wars, murders, betrayals, destroying ppl, backstabs, losing family friends jobs hobbies reputation money property etc etc etc OFTEN happens bc of romance.

In this case, Ogwi wanted to impress so that he can be with his lover, so he reached for more than he was supposed to ask for. and he DID turn into a major villain. He is the one who got all pieces that Samin needed to become a super power and make the evil take over the world.

ALSO in that cave Ogwi wasnt even able to explain himself - THAT is a powerful villain scene. He couldnt even apologize, express his love for Mirr, express any resentment or sorrow. He just brushed it off. THAT MY DEAR IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL VILLAIN SCENES YOU COULD EVER POSSIBLY HAVE. Doing nasty stuff and avoiding self reflection, self accountability, communication, remorse, and fixing things you messed up. THAT IS A NASTY VILLAIN.

So you actually saw a very powerful villain who led to destruction of the world :) He is the one who brought the end of the world because - he wanted powers. he made a deal to destroy the world so that he can get powers. He made that deal back then with the Devil and again now with Samin.

THe fact that the drama didnt explain it well enough for you to see, the fact that it was filmed so shabily, th fact that PHS wasnt in many scenes, etc - that is sad
but your wish to see a powerful villain has materialized. OGWI HELPED TO SPREAD HELL ALL OVER THE WORLD AND IT HAPPENED. There is no bigger villain than that. perhaps only Samin. But Samin is DUMB. Ogwi was smart and good person and had good company and good advice,

so his turning into a villain is even more evil.

Me too :) The FL was competent and confident and contributed a lot, sometimes made mistakes and he had to bail her out, but generally was strong and proactive and really fun. And he looked like a cartoon Superman character, so one-sided perfect and then turned out to be deeper and more complex than anyone else. It was really a twisty kdrama. And the ending is phenomenal, with him braiding hair :) So... fun

I wrote this before ep 8 so the tone is too serious. Now my stance is that Ogwi got weak without his hair extensions LMAO and will have to wait for someone to bring him hair extensions OR Kopiko or a paycheck. Read the post-end comments above, they are super HILARIOUS

Ah oh based on the comments... wow... seems like the audience is some video games players who lack the brain power to even watch this, no matter how simplistic this drama is...
They dont want human Ogwi in love, they want villain Ogwi, ... etc etc
Hello, the human love of Ogwi and his stupid immature desire to make himself more powerful and impressive has led him to become a villain.

One key point of this drama is that asking for special powers etc leads you to being taken by the Devil himself.
Ogwi asked for special powers and thus opened himself to various energies that grant special powers .... and so the Devil grabbed him and turned him evil.
Ogwi asked for special powers so that he can hang out with angels and his love Mirr. He asked for what he should not - the powers - and did not listen to warnings that he should not do that and that he is good enough as is.
SO ALL PLAYING WITH SHAMANISM AND STUFF LIKE THAT IS DANGEROUS. Dramas like Head Over Heels etc are extremely dangerous evil things actually.

The key point #2: even an angel can experience a broken heart and refuse to do its duty, i.e. to protect humans.

The key point #3: notice what the villain says - he betrayed the angels BECAUSE HE WAS BORED. He felt confined by what God gave him and wanted more.
THIS IS EXTREMELY POWERFUL LESSON
