Oh I forgot the very basics that I take for granted. No substance abuse, no junk food, no staying up late at night, no heavy partying
YES to going outdoors in nature, spending some time alone, spending some time in quality communication with others. YES to home cooked food like in kdramas :) lots of greens and water and sunlight and movement in fresh air...

So yeah, you are asking me how to increase your sensory perception and here are some answers :) ENJOY!!! Right now - pay attention - what do you hear? what do you see? where is your body? what are you thinking... ?

EH is ahead of him, she at least tries to COMMUNICATE HONESTLY, she self reflects, and she makes small changes to help her life move forward. She is young and learning and she keeps trying.

I think kdramas are clever and they pick immature people with a potential, then throw them into a washer and show how they get on their feed and transform. it is kinda fun to see how some totally strangly person becomes a hero in their own life by the end of the drama.

I think EH is doing great!!! she tries hard to reflect, improve and move on and she tries to COMMUNICATE and keep it clear! I dont see her clingy or annoying, I just see her as a young person trying to navigate life. She just wants HONEST COMMUNICATION and she has the balls to keep JH accountable ... which makes her a great candidate for his life love

Well I hear you, I was almost throwing up for the first .. 15? episodes while they were kids and totally STARVING, it was so difficult to watch children suffering. I persisted and watched later episodes with them as adults, which was lighter, but still too serious and rather .. heavy, nowhere the sunlights of kdramas.

I watched it bc the acting was amazingly good and also bc it was my cultural education, to learn about China

You guys keep forgetting that the video of her hitting him STARTS WITH HIM HITTING HER AND SMASHING HER HEAD AGAINST THE TABLE, with all the dishes on the table i.e. potentially broken glass getting into her face and body.... . if you rewind the scene, was she bleeding already... ? and he was going to get even closer and keep beating her up to pulp. Th victim could have easily died or become incapacitated or lose eyes ears etc.
THE GIRLS LAUGHED IN SUPPORT WHEN THE BEATEN VICTIM DID ONE SMALL THING TO DEFEND HERSELF.
