I love that the webtoon is deviated from. Prince Charming USED to be super perfect 1-dimensional cartoon hero character, and having another 1-dimensionally perfect sweet cartoon character would just be too much. I like this camouflaged villain story. I think it is a better and a more realistic story.
And, Prince Charming is suddenly not 1-dimensional anymore. We see WHY he is so walled up. His job is ... traumatizing. And for nothing. The King is some pothead who is gonna devour him anyways. THe King could care less. THe King is a piece of drugged out TRASH.
