African governments sell the resources and make deals for money...Also, Africa has its own curses.... its not all amazing, and Africans have done their own share of killing and destroying. Have you not read African history? Read about the Zulu tribes and their King. Read about the witchcraft and sacrifices that go on in center Africa. Just the other day, in the village next to where I live an old gentleman was murdered for organs needed for a ritual, and that is just one instance. I know hundreds more. Africa is dark, moreso than what people overseas think.

You are the one who doesn't know what they are talking about. Far more of Africa is in poverty than not. Yes there are beautiful places. I am blessed to live in one. But that doesn't remove from the fact that despite some capital cities and certain places Africa is a poor continent....

Historical: Wonderland of Love, Legend of the Female General, Prisoner of Beauty, Blossom, Story of Kunning Palace. I haven't watched Coroners Diary but it's supposed to be really good. Moonlight Mystique is xanxia/wuxia (forgot which is which🙄), it's quite sad but atleast the main couple get a happy ending. Love and Redemption is also pretty good as well as Love between Fairy and Devil. Although in the romance scene if you are looking for some similar to When destiny brings the Demon, Moonlight Mystique, Legend of the Female General, Prisoner of Beauty and Blossom have more of the romance than the others if I remember correctly. Romance being kisses/skinship/interactions.
