Someone mentioned this is only her second historical drama (not sure if it’s correct or not).

Broke in a good way or a bad way? First 15-16 episodes of Fated Hearts were awesome! After that the writers took a vacation and everything not related to main couple became not very interesting (are we really supposed to care for super horrible 2ML? 🙄). I put it aside for Love in the Clouds (awesome show!) and slowly watching the last episodes.

They needed more screen time for supporting actors. And Song family will always be present in some form because they are so useful :)

Looks like FL’s sister is going to be paired up with ML’s BFF from the Song family. And Lady Doctor from that Song family has her eyes on ML’s brother despite her engagement to Crown Prince. But Chu and Song are military families and Emperor doesn’t like them being close with each other. So I fear bad things ahead of them, especially the nice Lady Doctor.

FL’s brother and the doctor would make a great pair. But they are both from military families 😳

Yes, let’s be honest — how many people would’ve been able to guess ages of the lead actors correctly just by looking at their faces in the drama 😁

It becomes less heartbreaking after that — there’s a mix of humor and some emotional things, but easier to watch :)

MDL tags aren’t reliable. There’s no chronic illness. ML’s parents are deceased though. Don’t think FL’s mom will die (her dad is deceased too)

The actor who plays The Ex is doing his job too well. We all hate him with a passion and preview is not going to make us change our minds 🤬

ML is 3 years younger than FL in the drama. It seems like he’s going to develop feelings first. In the novel version (which is different from drama’s plot), readers mentioned their love wasn’t looked at favorably by the society but who knows what will happen in the drama. I’d guess revenge/conspiracy plot is more important to the drama and writers may give our couple a pass 😁

Yes, totally agree! One day, MDL will figure out a way to stop all this nonsense with downvoting by antis.

Seems like there may be campaign to downvote this drama (supposedly, both leads have their share of antis on MDL). Even if you read the few reviews, you will see it’s all nonsense. The drama has been pretty solid through 9 episodes.
