what the hell? so I kinda wanted this to "marinate" a bit but decided to start watching now (since it's…
A lot of antifans joined the party. It’s very popular in China though. Also, some low ratings could be from people who don’t pay enough attention and try to watch it in background — this definitely requires more careful watching to catch all details and explanations.
Watched till episode 8. So far the story and build up is really good. I've just one issue with how they written…
FL actually won her fight against ML and even he acknowledged that. She also put on a good performance in Ep. 9. I do agree that the good days aren’t very prepared but this is also the first time they are fighting human-like fiends so they don’t have a manual on how to beat them.
So these episodes are daily...? i'm just asking as a non c-drama watcher... How do you guys keep up if you watch…
Honestly, it’s much safer to wait until all episodes have been released to start watching a C-drama. Writers too often produce good episodes in the beginning but middle and/or needing can be not so good. So you can have very good 30+ episodes and then the last 1-2 episodes ruin the everything.
But, to answer your specific question, C-dramas usually release 3-4 episodes on the first day, then 2 episodes daily (sometimes 1) until the very end when there’s a 3-4 day gap with no episodes unless you pay for an express package for remaining episodes.
I feel sad that the hunters are just keeping the guide in a cell, letting the infection progress.
They can’t heal him, so this is the best they can do for now (other than killing him). Hopefully, by the end, good guys will find a way to reverse his infection.
What were the other dramas that got bombed? And, yes, some people have too much time on their hands for sure. That’s…
Ah, got it. I’m slowly watching Sword and Beloved but haven’t checked its ratings (haven’t started on others yet). I know Moonlit Reunion got bombed but When Destiny Brings the Demon and Love in the Clouds survived.
Back in the earlier days, this drama would have had at least an 8.7 rating. I’m becoming more convinced that…
Honestly, 8.5 is a great score nowadays, especially for a drama with only 4 episodes. But, in general, MDL ratings are only slightly more reliable than Viki ratings at this point 🙄
Question for people who read the novel: why do patrols happen only once every 4 years? Even if evil creatures are locked away, wouldn’t it make sense to have someone be on guard to notice when/if they escape? A lot of bad things can happen over 4 years 🧐
Some dramas do have kissing upfront, but they are usually the ones where there’s more drama — like FL gets…
I could’ve sworn it was an entire sub-genre of dramas with that premise so wasn’t thinking of any one in particular.
But the best one of those that I’ve watched recently is Filipino drama called “Safe Skies, Archer”. It’s so ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥, they’d never be able to adapt it in Korea or China 🫣
Someone was nice enough to post a subbed version of their subs catch it’s quite cutehttps://x.com/into_jky/status/1992849565129814068?s=61&t=1vonHroM6_qckdoKJW5YIQAnd…
