What does this achieve? How is it related to a fictional show? While I am sympathetic to the plight of Palestinians,…
I understand. Here's the director's IG to log your complaint: @sangwoo_pd
Encouraging a boycott of an entire show over the last few minutes of admittedly poor writing in a final episode is not something I find productive but this is a difference of opinion.

I just finished watching it. Obviously, this is a Wattpad novel brought to life. To be honest, the drama itself…
Thank you for your balanced review.

Definitely vendetta. Since it first started airing people found different things each to week to hate on.
The YYS slander is something else. Saying YYS is ugly is something else when he's amongst the most charismatic actors and actresses in Korea. I would understand if YYS's comments were part of a pattern of problematic behavior but to take one instance in that context and then blow it up as defining his whole character ten years later is something else. All of these people are perfect creatures lol.

The vendetta has been absolutely astonishing to watch. First people were encouraging a boycott over Yoo Yeon Seok's decade old misogynistic comments even though these comments had not been repeated in the past decade. Next people were complaining about how unrealistic a wattpad coded plot was and trying to place these characters in a realistic setting when the show never promised that. People were mad this whole afternoon about the supposedly "stupid Argan plot line" (which I understand the confusion but don't understand how those 15 minutes of a show define an hour long finale). Now, it's bringing a 2000 year old conflict up and accusing the show of being propaganda.

FREE PALESTINE 😘
What does this achieve? How is it related to a fictional show? While I am sympathetic to the plight of Palestinians, the need for their advocates in the West to keep bringing up this conflict in mostly unrelated topics tells me it's more of an internet trend rather than a serious effort to achieve some sort of reprieve for the Palestinian people.

Also the fact that a statement that is supposed to carry so much real meaning for real people is appended with a 😘 tells me that this isn't an attempt to have a serious conversation but to troll

Not sure why some of y'all are surprised this man yeeted himself to a wartorn country in an effort of self-flagellation…
Like this was a man who didn't touch his wife for three years out of a desire to protect her and people are surprised he's stupid enough to yeet himself to a whole other country. Please he's been emotionally self destructive from the beginning.

I think people will enjoy this drama more if they realize that the male lead, despite his bravado, charisma, and success, has very low self-esteem and nth degree impostor syndrome. He's not going to make rational emotional decisions that people are expecting.

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
Warning: There's a lot of exaggeration going on about how much time the Argan plotline takes in the story. Don't skip the first 40 minutes.

So wrong but whatever, you wouldn't know chemistry if it was right in front of you I fear.okay that was rude,…
Why are all the haters like this? No one is crying about you not liking a drama other people like. That's only normal since things are a matter of taste. These comments seem intent on trying to force an opinion on others because of FOMO.

One thing still remain: we still don't know how real BSE knows HHJ is fake BSE's wife, right? Or did i miss something?
Remember, Park Do Jae was essentially Baek Sa-eon's right hand man. Even though Do jae never met Hee Joo, he likely was the one who was buying things like the new car, the new phone, finding a new nursing home. So it makes sense for Do jae to have had access to all these things that connected him to Hee Joo even without knowing what she looked like. And Do Jae had already met the OG Baek Sa-eon when they set their plan into motion.

Idk. I didn't feel any chemistry
That's certainly the minority opinion lol

One thing I will say in MBC's favor is that their change in marketing approach for the drama after it blew up has been for the better because they have kept us at the edge of our seats.

This drama will be a huge disappointment if the male lead temporarily leaves the female lead just because he discovers…
If he appears after six months without explanation , he needs a slap for me to be ok with my girl marrying him again.

Knight Flower and Doubt, 1hr 13 mins. The rest were around 1 hr 5mins.
Yikes, so disappointing.

I am going crazy trying to find out how long the last episodes of recent MBC dramas have been. Can anyone with a Hulu and/or Viki subscription check the length of the last episodes of the 2024 MBC dramas (Doubt, Chief Detective 1958, Black Out, Wonderful World, Knight Flower)

Does this have any love triangle?
Nope not at all. The series is mainly about the two leads.

WHY ARE THE DRAGGING IT LIKE IT'S A 16 EPISODES DRAMA? They do know that it's 12 episodes right? coz they are…
It's so frustrating. They need a 2 hour epic finale or they need a special episode because I am tired. You can't have actors serve this much chemistry and expect the audience not to want to see their love for each other.

Really surprised the drama is being hated on for being cliche, when it never tried to be original in the first…
You are spot on about the cliches. The reason the drama is doing so well is because the lead actors are serving a well executed dark romance plot. Like they have taken their roles so seriously and portrayed the characters so well that people actually believe their interactions and don't find them cringe.
