Yes, it was really triggering to watch for me as well. I am glad it’s only 18 episodes long so it moves a little faster. I finished episode 13 and the teasers for tomorrow are making it all worth the uncomfortable feelings I had to deal with.

I don’t think it’s strange, it’s “normal” but still despicable. Before, she was not in the spotlight, so she could be brave, quit her job and do all the brave things. Later she was exposed as the one who left SiBei in the hands of the pervert. She was judged online and she couldn’t handle the public judgment. She became a coward. She realized she was partly to blame and she became selfish in wanting to protect herself. She lied to make herself look less guilty.

She became weak and DISGUSTING

I have a feeling that it’s the disgusting wife who edited the picture and put SiBei’s face on it. I hope that’s the case so she can get arrested and enjoy the inmate life with her disgusting husband.

She fooled us 😣.

I’m the same as you. I prefer costume dramas and I agree, it’s a challenge to find a decent and intelligent one these days. I’ve been feeling like my intellect is being insulted lately by the actors and screenwriters.

I didn’t know about the costume issues surrounding Mo Li 😤, it’s one of the dramas I’ve been waiting for the so long. That one and “the prophet” are on my top lists and if the writers mess them up, I’ll riot.

You know what? I’ve noticed that after Covid, the writing and acting of these dramas have going down hill.

People I really want to see punished alongside that piece of 💩:

- his wife
- that boss or male colleague of his that wears the glasses.
- That female manager!! Omg she pisses me off!

I want them all to suffer. The writers better not serve me the “let’s forgive everyone and move on.” I don’t want that!

Yeees “Legend of ZuoHua” is where I saw her first. The drama was nice but the editing 🥴, made them look like ghosts.

Is the city of streamer a happy ending? I can’t handle sadness or open end right now.

“Six Sisters”, I really enjoyed it. It’s lighter than “Marvelous Women” which is also a good historical slice of life with smart business women 😊.

I just started “city of streamer”, on episode 1 but it’s looking very promising.
