just finished this novel and I loved it!! Qi Ying sacrificed so much of his personal happiness for his family and for the nation 😭😭 so happy he and wenwen got their happy ending 💗💗
first time really liking the second Male lead 😭ofc I love Qi Ying a lot. Qi Ying has Wenwen, it’s okay Gu Juhuan, you have me 😭
what a hidden gem. WHAT A GOOD READ. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this novel and gave it a try. love the FL & ML soooo much. the FL is intelligent in her own way and her antics are absolutely hilarious! I adore her temperament. altho some plot reveals were obvious it didn’t take away the experience at all! the writing is right up my alley and deeply engaging.
i love the friendship between Linlang & Tao Yanshu, aswell as Situ Sheng and Liao Jingxuan 🌸

just finished reading this novel. rlly like Ni Su & Xu Ziling 😭😭amongst the sadness it was very sweet & he was always so gentle with her 😭 Xu Hexue really had it tough. if not a young general weilding a sword, he was a brilliant scholar holding a brush. and by his side, was a strong, unyielding and compassionate girl he called, A’xi 💗

really enjoyed this novel. the author tied everything well. I enjoyed the atmosphere, there’s a certain coldness to it. especially when it came to Yunniang & Lu Tong. Lu Tong shouldered everything alone & never wavered. I wanna give her a big hug 🫂
