in the novel it was an open ending in the main story and HE in the extra story. hard to say, it seems they filmed a couple endings including a happy extra story so they might follow the novel with an OE, or give us a BE + happy side story.

I enjoyed perfect match! it is more of an ensemble drama & family drama so they don’t get a lot of screen time after their section (which was at the beginning) I kinda wished she and wang xingyue could be leads to a whole drama tho, I feel like both their acting skills are improving and comfortable to watch. I forgot to include that I watched PM & serendipity haha.
I fell in love with Shangguan Qian at first sight and became a fan, followed LITC since the booting ceremony and read the novel, followed LBL & WIMTM (read both books), and read DWTT last year (book fan before drama casting announced), I was SO shocked & surprised when Xiao Xiao was officially casted as Nanyi 😭 my fav character played by my fav actress (never felt so lucky before 🥳)
tjc & lyx being interviewed together! they talked about their first impressions & their dogs! haha I was so curious if daidai & qiuqiu (tjc’s dogs) would get along with badou (lyx’s dog) and now I know 😂, it’s average. Xiao Xiao said that Qiuqiu will walk up to badou first and once some “offences” have been launched, before badou can react, he has already walked away 😂. tjc mentioned that qiuqiu doesn’t like to play with dogs and is relatively reclusive. and daidai only likes to play with pure white dogs but badou has a bit of brown on him so he doesn’t exactly meet his friend requirements lolol. tjc gave some dog toys to badou & his sister, he said he “really wants to tame badou, maybe i can conquer them”. Xiao Xiao: they always run when they see him 😂
