Liked it more than I expected and more than what the reviews suggest. Although the murder mystery could have been completely eliminated. The murder mystery is not even a side plot to be honest as it doesn't directly affect the main characters in anyway other then the first couple of episodes
Great Series. Good early episodes and later episodes but the midway episodes are really frustrating specially the whole noble idiocy by the male lead goes on for far too long for my liking. Also the supposed attempt at a love triangle was totally unnecessary for this drama
What is Yeom jung Ah's fixation with pure royal blood while coming from a poor family character arc type antagonist both here as well as in Sky Castle 😂
Good thriller. Kept me engaged. But didn't like the ending much. Also quite annoyed with the father, if it were me I wouldn't have made peace with him so easily
Expected much more and expected bit more romance. Even dramas that aren't tagged having romance have a more prominent romantic storyline than this. Miss Hammurabi from 2018 was a much better show with similar legal setup having romance. Only the cast makes it worth watching. Even the slice of life aspect doesn't make it very poignant compared to shows like hospital playlist
Expected much more due to all the hype surrounding it. This feels more like a prelude. Has the potential to be great if they come up with future seasons.
loving it. sadly only 6 episodes would happily watch 16 episodes of this. wish there is a season 2. One of the best kdramas out there. Hooked me right in from the first episode
enjoyed it although I don't get what held the makers from giving it a straight forward happy ending. That ending doesn't do much from the narrative perspective nor from a thematic perspective. They did it just for the heck of it. I am all for open endings or even sad endings but it has to be justified. This was just unnecessary. But as a whole enjoyed the drama and the production. Short, crisp, mysterious and kept my interest throughout
Hated the rushed ending. This is one problem with a lot of kdramas, some shows are really promising but then they rush the ending and leave a sour taste
the ending is satisfying! Many kdramas dealing with similar subject in recent years end with either ambiguous or unsatisfactory ending, thankfully this one tied up most of the loose ends with a neat bow while keeping the door open for a second season if they plan to make it!
Would have made more sense to cast Jung Kyung-ho as the male lead. The character looks and gives same vibe as Jung Kyung-ho than Namkoong Min. 4 episode in and loving it so far
