This is actually very true, very sad, and one of the reasons why countless and countless people refuse to watch…
You know what? We already know all about that fanwar and we’re fully aware that a lot of crazy stuff is happening on WEIBO. We also know how extremely toxic those cfandom culture can be, all sides can be messy. So what exactly do you want us to do? Join the fight too?
No matter what you say in the future about JJY or Rui, it’s not going to work. You won’t succeed in turning intl fans against either of them. We don’t care about dragging idols or picking sides like that. You’re not going to make us hate Rui, and you’re not going to make us hate JJY either. We like them both. We’re actually happy they’re collaborating and that’s it. Our goal here is to enjoy the drama and get updates, not to recreate WEIBO fanwars on this page. So whatever is happening over there can stay over there, AGAIN, THERE'S NO NEED TO DRAG THAT NEGATIVITY INTO THIS PAGE.
I've been waiting for The Legend of Rosy Cloud for over two years. Honestly, I don't wanna go through that process…
Dead silent? Not really though. They’ve been updating on and off this whole time and the official wb drama account is still active even now. Liyitong still promotes it too. At least they’re releasing clips and keeping it alive despite the issues.

TLRC has a serious copyright issues, which is actually a much worse situation, yet they’re still releasing clips and posters. Meanwhile, VOS staying silent doesn’t automatically mean it has problems.
Actually, it doesn't matter. Equal billing, first billing. Everything becomes a matter of fighting. Many dramas…
Yeah, you keep talking about fanwars, but at the same time you’re blaming GJM. We just have to CLARIFY that, since YOU insisting on pointing fingers at his billing decisions. AND besides that, I just want to remind you, there’s really no need to bring WEIBO FANWARS OVER HERE.

Say whatever you want, but I really don’t get why you had to bring this issue to this page🤨🙂. First, billing might involve negotiations, but it’s the actors decision to accept it. And don’t put the blame on GJM, this mess isn’t because of him nor about billing, it’s because fans can be toxic. If fandoms weren’t this toxic, there wouldn’t even be a fanwar. Second, your whole statement about fanwars actually comes off as unnecessary interference. WHATEVER IS HAPPENING ON WEIBO SHOULD STAY ON WEIBO, you don’t get to act like you know everything just because you’re following it there. There’s no need to drag it over here and scream about fanwars like it’s some breaking news. Let the mess stay where it belongs
I woke up freshened up💆🏻♀️ We waited for so many months already, waiting for a few more is nothing.…
At this point, I don’t want to get my hopes up or anticipate anything anymore. I’ll just wait for an official announcement instead. Speculating and reading into every little post only makes the wait more stressful😔😔so it’s better to stay patient and let the news come from an official source.
Tbh I feel like it's high time now jjy should stop working with Youku dramas
But I’m pretty sure this isn’t about Youku. There are plenty of dramas out there that haven’t aired even years after filming. Some were shelved because of BL restrictions and had to go through re-checks by the NRTA, but TEF is different. I’m sure its delay has more to do with Siba. After all, her In Blossom aired so quickly, which shows it had nothing to do with Youku. So in this case, the platform isn’t the issue, it’s likely internal management and company-related factors that are holding things back.
"Why are some people saying that the drama was delayed just because the dubbing wasn't done well... And everyone is saying it's Zeng Shunxi's dubbing problem, but fans say he dubbed it last year. What is the real reason?"
"The Legend of Yue Lin Qi Ji wasn't delayed at all! The dubbing was already late, and there's still post-production to go. Besides, last month was just a change in the number of episodes filed; it hasn't officially passed review yet, and there's never been any information about advertising. It wasn't going to air this month anyway, so how could there be a delay?"
"This drama was never scheduled for release, so there's no question of a delay. It has no obligation to take the blame"
"The delay of Moonlight Chronicles has nothing to do with Ju Jingyi. She hasn't made any fundamental mistakes. It was already too late in January, and the license hadn't even been issued yet. Based on the experience of the previous drama, In blossom, it also needed a second review. Ju Jingyi's film and television contract issues don't affect the broadcast of the drama at all. Siba Media can't control Youku"
—This is a different perspective from the “VOS is delayed” rumors. I really hope fans can stay calm and be patient instead of jumping to conclusions. We shouldn’t pressure things unnecessarily, esp when public opinion is already leaning toward blaming our leads😔😔
Oh I don’t know… this is how high hopes are born. Nothing official... sure...but when accounts with a solid…
Exactly😔😔Right now, it feels like the blame is being quietly pushed onto the leads, even though this issue has no clear party taking responsibility. In the end, it’s always the artists who bear the consequences, and it affects them the most.
