no this drama is also idol if I’m not mistaken. Non-idol dramas are kind of like swords into plowshare without “model” cast and releastic storyline.
EDiT: while idol dramas are all thoose HL, TFF, wifty even HDY and PoJ. because of idol actors like Zhao Lusi, Zhang Ling he, also because of unrealistic plot. People like it more, because they want to escape reality which i understand perfectly, I also enjoy idol dramas

I’m in 7episode, I have theory about Ji Lie and Wuhuo…So Chen wen said that Ji lie is human, while Yuan Wuhuo is demon, and that demon can take appearance from other person if that person lost something (like item)…But…Remember how JJY/LWY killed a child, because its parents was human and demon, and that later it will be horrible for the child to life. so I have theory, that their parents are human and demon, and there were born two sons, one Li Jie human the other Wuhuo a demon!

edit: I also remember that Ji lie is extraordinary strong as a human….So my theory might be true…!

This drama isn’t perfect, but the visual is top-notch;I agree that the first arc, got a bit dragging around the 3-5 episode, but i still decided to keep up with it, becauss so many unanswered questions keep you engaged. Also after 6 episode it got even more interesting for me! There is so much more to see! Please just suffer 2 more episodes, and you wont regret it!
