He always picks such interesting scripts that others don't dare! I haven't watched a lot of his dramas, but now I'm picking one by one to watch, and all of them are so interesting. Such pity he isn't that popular, so I would have got to know his dramas sooner.

Normally I don't watch J-drama as most of the time they end up too cringey for me, neither do I like student-teacher relationship, BUT this is underrated.
I highly enjoying the first episode! But let me tell you, this drama is truly weird and even a bit cringey in its own comedy way. But beneath the layer there is some serious life topics :-)
Since I'm learning Japanese I have to watch more J-dramas. If anyone knows some underrated or good J-drama, please recommend it.

out of topic, but actually I think if a person just started watching c-dramas it’s very good to start with xianxia or xuanhuan as then they can immediately enjoy it and later rewatch and understand more, as when they watch it only after modern cdramas then they tend to skip or not like without actually giving it a chance. //my first cdramas were Xianxia, Xuanhuan.

it would have be so nice if it would air in Halloween. :-)

guys if you enjoy this drama, i recommend to check a game called “murders on the Yangtze River” it’s paid game in steam, but it’s cheap. And the game gives very similar vibes to this cdrama!

does this gets better I dropped it at 5, I feel like it’s not for me…But the rating keeps me thinking that I miss something.It feels a bit too cliche for me for now, but maybe it gets better?Also does Jun Dai gets even more villainous and short temper?

Well you can connect all the TV drama if you really will try. The novel is much less interesting, as it’s just slice of life and sweet romance

Will Wei Rao die later in this series? I mean i think that she won’t be the main villain here, and she will soon disappear from the screen-time. As this was just to show TXW acting skills. but that’s just my guess

A Chou is the main fl/heroine. Wei Rao is the evil “twin-sister” that looks a like (I’m not sure if they are biological sisters, just my guess)Jun Dai is Wei Rao, but she picked new name, because in her place as Wei Rao A Chou married the Lu Zhou (ML) , so there can’t be “two twins Wei Rao” so the “true” Wei Rao picked new name as Jun Dai to live elsewhere, but in the end she did not

Hi, could you spoil me when you finish like 2-4 episodes about Wei Rao? I find this thing very interesting but now I see that they will make Wei Rao the main villain and she won’t get that much screen-time either compared to A Chou, as she is the main heroine. I want to know if later Wei Rao will get more screen-time.

Yes, I did watch a bit bloody romance it’s indeed a bit similar to MJTY. But I didn’t continue as I wasn’t interested in the plot that much and I didn’t liked the fl either. Compared to MJTY it’s just very cheap in both characters and plot (even thought the plot is more developed , but it’s dragged) can’t compare to mjty

Yes I forgot to mention SoKP, the fl, exactly in the past life truly was ruthless.

I'm amazed, this is my first time seeing heroine truly being villainous! I wish more C-drama would have heroine like this ruthless and calculating, not giving any chance to others rather than kind hearted, innocent (if anyone knows more c-dramas with this kind of fl please say.I only know SGQ from MJTY and Sang jiu from tteotm; and ofc fei yan from Aprophet)

Both the characters twin "sisters" are not only similar in appearance, but also in temper. Even thought I'm not sure if they are even from the same family...But their vibes kind of giving the same even thought one is pure evil, and the other just evil for self-defence and revenge

90% that cdramas which aired later than 2024 will have AI intro! Almost every single c-drama have AI intro… :-(

The aesthetic from the trailer gives very much similar vibes to MJTY =)
