Does anyone know (approximately) where this series was shot? The scenery is so beautiful so I'm really curious where this was. (I googled Lichi Island, it doesn't seem to be a real place 😂😅...)

I unironically think this is my favourite series at the moment. The chaos is impeccable, I mean how does Ji huns brain work? No one knows, but it just works (the humour is just,… yes) 😂.

I don't really mind much either, but I think people were less upset about there being a straight couple, but more because the original story didn't have a straight couple, but they simply "forced" one in to the story and then dedicated quite a bit of the plot to them...

Ok, I understood the main point you were saying lgbtq+ and heteros exist in the same sphere. I‘m not sure if I can add to the conversation (much has already been said), but lets just imagine you love idk, the book „to all the boys I‘ve loved before“ and then there is an adaption coming on, but the main couple is getting like almost no Development and suddenly they fokus on a gay relationship that was never even in the book. Would you be annoyed? I think yes. So, yeah, the people here (fans of the manhwa) have every right to be annoyed by how they adapted the story.

I totally see what you mean and I generally agree, although I think Heesu might believe Seungwon could just be too shy to openly admit that he likes Jiyu. And because Seungwon is aware of Heesu liking Chanyoung I feel like he knew what he was getting into (being a pawn), still believing he might have a chance with Heesu anyway while fake pursuing Jiyu might have been a bit naive…
Well, everyone is doing everything the wrong way honestly, but… this is a drama, let me say that again - a drama, so they try to actually put in drama (if it’s good drama, now that is another question, but it‘s there sooo) 😅😂.

Ok, so I‘ve read a few comments and I totally agree that Heesu was beeingt a bit too pushy, but in his defence
1. he likes Chan young and obviously doesn‘t want him to fall in Love with ayone else (I know it‘s a bit selfish and he should let go, but this is the premise of the drama: he loves his best friend)
2. Seung Won never said that he didn‘t like Choi Ji Yu, so Heesu assumed he did like her (they were also already close), because if Seung Won didn‘t like her why did he not say so and why would he agree on going to the Academy to pursue her? Saying yes is like an indirect confirmation of Heesus assumption sooo….
I know Heesu isn‘t doing everything right (he annoys me a little too), but I don‘t think you can fault him too much. He‘s a bit dense, yes, but I think at the end of this Episode (3) he finally realised, that he can‘t stop whatever is happening between Choi Ji Yu and Chang Young.
Also I know he‘s gay, but I don‘t think he‘ll easily assume Seung Wong could be (especially since he never said that he doesn‘t like Choi ji yun).
