I've just watched some BTS on WeTV. I don't know why I haven't watched them, but I'm glad I give this drama a chance. Their hard work paid off!

Xing Er has no misunderstanding toward Zhuge Yue since their marriage through the last episode (episode 33). I don't know about later, but this drama reminds me of classic C-dramas I've watched when I was young. So, I'll take all the frustrations and pain to recall the old times. 😁

They have a lot of spending time together after reuniting, especially in and after episode 15. They're inseparable after Xing Er knows most of Zhuge Yue's secret in episode 24. All their enemies and even his family try their best to separate them after the confession in episode 28.

It's oh-so-painfully-slow burn if you count the 9 years waiting for this continuation from its prequel. The romance is not much because they almost have no time alone and there's always trouble where ever they are, but it's there. You can see it from their unwavering trust, full support, and hand-in-hand fighting for their main goal: restoring their realm. And they're officially married in episode 27.

The story is good and unpredictable. This drama's quite heavy in politic, so it's not everyone's cup of tea. If you like a political drama where everyone has hidden agenda, and show many power struggles, you may enjoy this. Oh. It's fast pace, so you may need to slow down when the story is too much to handle.
