Thanks. Been a while watching that. But ending there too open ( I much preferred the ending of My Mister).

Title We Are All Trying Here Spoiler
we won't get a kiss, right? 😔
Not with this writer based on her recent works. Her dramas always kept the main leads in flirting stage, kind of open ending at the end. Hugging is the norm the leads would achieve. Kind of soulmate relationship. Even holding hands would be a surprise. Kissing would be unheard of. The exception is the very early Another Miss Oh (hottest kisses in drama, and one without a age gap relationship)

I think this drama is not for you but you shouldn't be projecting your opinion on other's to skip and tbh if you…
The same person put the same remark in Gold Land so kind of propaganda against kdramas (similar to jdramas recently). So don't be too serious about these excessive, unqualified remarks. Funny is Gold Land, which is a mystery thriller, and this one are totally different natures of dramas and this person can't accept either.

Yes the twists and turns made the last episode very interesting. Many viewers here commented Makiko is manipulative.…
Naoto was the one hidding the gun after his rapist brother was killed, and lied that he thrown away the gun in sea, so it could never be found. It is known to all that weapon not found no one can be charged (unless there is very solid eye witnesses or video recording of the actual murder), meaning he would be released eventually (Junichi also mentioneded that to Makiko). It is a common law if watched enough murder mysteries. And by end of ep 8 Makiko confessed with the gun meaning she would be charged. But she only went to the lock box to retrieve the gun after Nara told her the gun could prove Junichi never killed anyone.

???. In Kocowa drama categories are: action, comedy, drama, family, legal, medical, music, office, period drama, medical, romance, sci-fi, suspense, youth. There are of course some dramas which appear in multiple categories. The drama sub genres are only shown in its show info link. Yes, I haven't watched this drama (don't want to wait each week) and I am surprised that Reverse has the romance genre.

Title Reverse
Does this have romance? I think it was in the tags before but now it's removed?
I am waiting for it to be finished before watching it. But the genres of Reverse in Kocowa is always romance (main genre as it is included in the romance category), suspense, mystery, revenge, crime, never changed. And it is a Kocowa production. But of course the definition of romance is different to different viewers.

The romance, revenge, mystery, suspense genres (on Kocowa+) of this drama should give a hint of the character of the main male lead Go Soo.

Agree Hiromi is the one deeply hurted in this love triangle (like any love triangle in drama, eg. First Love jdrama…
Not only to you, to all viewers Hiromi is the one, unfortunately, got hurted with all the times she invested into the relationship. There is never argument on that. Still, Junichi never intended to leave her, as his self guilt inhibited him from having happiness to have relationship with Makiko, only until episode 8 Makiko, under influence of Nara, confessed with the gun, to prove Junichi didn't committed any crime to free his self guilt. That's the key turning point of the whole drama.
Watched way too many kdramas and bit of jdramas, this is still a typical love triangle (the murder mystery is great here), and focusing too much on the second or supporting lead always hurts in all the forums I read.

From the whodunit aspect, the story is engaging to follow. I especially love Nara as a character and would love…
Agree Hiromi is the one deeply hurted in this love triangle (like any love triangle in drama, eg. First Love jdrama with similar setup where fl single mother with a son, ml has a gf about to get married, and the main leads are unfulfilled first loves. So all about hurdles to jump over). Full sympathy. But this is a drama where no right nor wrong in love (which conquers all unless in highly restrictive conservative cultures), and Hiromi fully understood the drama standard 'one cannot stay with one person while the mind keeps thinking about another person'.
The relationship between Hiromi and aJunichi was formed at a time when Makiko was married with a son (Junichi was watching her), and at a time when Junichi thought he is not deserved to be happy (that implied everything about his relationship status by then, and another reason he had no intentionto be with Makiko). So Junichi unlikely to have any intention of using Hiromi as a place holder (for whom?), rather, it is a relationshipfor convenience. And in ep 1 when Makiko told him the unexpected news that she was divorced then the whole balance is shaken right there. This whole story is about in the wrong place in the wrong time in the start.

Title Reverse
There’s no romance.
Kocowa listed it as a romance drama. Just take a look at Kocowa website. Same in Dramabeans.

Title Reverse
Does it have romance?
Kocowa listed Reverse as a romance drama. The genres listed included are Romance, Revenge, Mystery, Suspense, Crime. Kocowa usually accurate with a drama's genres (especially its own drama). So will see.

7.5 for the rate?? I think this drama quite interesting and good. Not too much just nice. I did not understand…
Yes the twists and turns made the last episode very interesting.
Many viewers here commented Makiko is manipulative. I watched this drama now twice, just couldn't find any trace of it other than just friendly to everyone? Hardest to understand being Makiko is the one who suffered the most in this story. Why can't her have a better ending?

Romance was not Needed
There is romance in My Honest Realtor for sure unless turning a blind eye. In fact it is a very nice one all the way to season 2.

With its compact length it will be in my rewatch list for a long time.

Title The Honest Realtor Spoiler
Any romance?
It is with Minami the bank finance advisor, not Sakura the young assistant. That's probably why no one wanted to mention about it. Just a sweet fun session per episode.

It is an entertaining drama. Light and comfortable to watch, and heart warming too in each property deal.
Very surprised that rarely mentioned anywhere about the background developing romance story throughout the 2 seasons of the drama. But this is not between Nagase and his junior sales Tsukishita, but between Nagase and the lovely, matching age Enomoto the bank finance advisor. The love line only has a short, but sweet session between the 2 characters each episode but progressed in a most natural way till even the added on movie. This also ensured Nagase and Tsukishita remained to be in totally professional relationship. For those who wanted some romance sub plot.

Fan's reaction to the final scene in Japan (obviously everyone shipped for the 2 big stars there, no SLS)
"When Makiko was released from the detention center after receiving her suspended sentence, she found Junichi there. Walking hand in hand with Makiko, Junichi asked her the same words he had used 23 years ago, "Hey, have you ever kissed anyone?" and suddenly hugged her and kissed her.
On social media, Junichi's lines and kiss to Makiko became a hot topic. Comments included: "He kissed her there!", "I knew he'd say it!", "He did! He finally did!", "The kiss was amazing!", "An unexpected kiss to end it!", "I cried during the final episode!", "The ending was great!", and "Junichi's kiss after the same lines as before. So mellow!"

Title Silent Truth Spoiler
Should we actually find the ending surprising? If watched the drama carefully, not just seeing what one wants to see (or not wanting to see it happening), here are 3 scenes carefully planned by the PDwriter which are the critical turning points to the planned ending. First in ep 7 Nara told Makiko the gun could prove Junichi didnt kill anyone 23 years ago. Second in the same episode when Junichi cried in the arm of Makiko confessing his long suffering self guilt, that he deserved no happiness, 3rd at end of ep 8 when Junichi (and Naoto and Keisuke) learnt from Nara that she expected Makiko to turn up to confess with the gun to prove Junichi migh be not guilty of killing anyone 23 years ago, when Junichi understood Makiko had sacrificed herself (and Masaki too) (also no murder weapon no charge) for his possible future happiness. Thats the huge moment when Junichi made his hard decision to stay by Makiko's side in the future, to follow his own heart. And finally when his self guilt is gone in ep 9, there is no turning back for him to seek future happiness with Makiko, which he abandoned 23 yeare ago (and no again now for sure), even though would be hurting his gf, very sadly (you can apply all those phrases like love is blind, love is selfish, love is strictly between 2 people can't be shared etc in the standard drama world).
It is only surprising in the sense of jdramas normally wouldn't give a definite happy ending to the 2 main leads.
