You differing on any aspect won't cause a radical change to the entirety of the drama. They are also managed and guided UNDER the instructions of the creative director and other heads. You cannot and will not be able to act on your own, and the implementation of any of your suggestion is directly assessed by these managers.

You having a right to opinion is valid however saying that the other person's opinion ( refering to the fans and others who rate dramas 10?) doesn't stand as they are not in the industry for 2 decades or because you are a critic, sounds hypocritical. For according to the reasons I mentioned, your opinion too is not on any higher pedestal. Your opinion doesn't stand on any higher superiority to those of other commentators or watchers here.
Critics are usually people who have directed, produced, written a play or drama regardless of scale and has academic background in film studies, directing and theatres. They study the concept of filmography, and research films. They have to have some experience directly involved to the making and production of the drama. And atleast a few of their works critically acclaimed.You never mentioned any of these qualifications.

If she is average then the casting directors would have to make sure to cast her against some Major strongly skilled actors to balance the skillset. However she was never casted in such a manner. You saying she is only good in rom com is another big sign of your prejudice.
She won most of her Prestigious awards for an indie film which was heavily critically acclaimed Girl on a Bulldozer. That for your information is NOT a romcom in any way rather a dark story about justice and revenge.
Also SBS has casted her in a direct sequel to one of its biggest hits of 2024 which reached exceptional viewer ratings, Good Partner. You really think SBS would cast her in a sequel to big drama if she wasn't capable? And she is having the role because she was offered it and was chosen by the success-driven-corporate-employed casting directors.Again your words, annihilated.

EOY being a basic romcom, and still having fans and viewers with a significant fanbase outside korea means that the story was able to be portrayed with the best performance possible and be able to hold onto the audience.
Since you haven't watched sky Castle, regardless of the reasons, you aren't qualified to question her charisma because to potray a negative and flawed individual that actually irritates you while watching the drama requires immense charisma to even seem a quarter bit as not acting and cringe. For which she was admired by her fellow senior actors and veterans. You gonna question them?
Her not being the main actress makes her any less? She was nominated by your seniors and experienced critics, atleast respect their decision. Sky Castle was a multicast satirical drama it never had one singular main character, and compared to other actors in that drama she was very pivotal and centre to the story. That being her first project acting graduation tells a lot.
Winning an award doesn't mean she is charismatic enough? Are you kidding me? Then WHY would she win critic based awards on projects that heavily showcased charismatic and driven individuals?
