talk about the fact ksh made a young woman die who had her whole life ahead of her.
All these willfully ignorant posts are quite tiring. Accusations like the one you gave require irrefutable evidence. If you cannot provide it, stop here.
There is plenty of real evidence proving KSH had nothing to do with her death. If you keep scrolling in this thread there are posts from posters that include enough links so your research will be easier to clear any confusion you have between facts and fiction.
Kim So Hyun is a quality veteran actor at 27 who needs no defense with her stellar 20-year filmography. Choo Young Woo shows veteran quality acting at 27 and he has already proven his acting chops in just 5 years. They have the talent needed to pull off such a diverse and serious drama. I’m certain we will not be disappointed.
talk about the fact ksh made a young woman die who had her whole life ahead of her.
Her death is undeniably tragic. No one said otherwise. But, after all that has been officially revealed, where is the irrefutable evidence for the ‘fact’ you just stated? Or is this a Bot account because it looks like this is a new account.
I’m beginning to think My Drama List (MDL) is fueling - and loving - the anti- KSH rhetoric. Making heinous statements about KSH without evidence IS slander / defamation. The continued collusion among the haters is cyber bullying and/or cyber stalking. All are illegal. By allowing it to go on - unchecked by MDL - are they not party to these crimes?
Kim Sae-Ron supporters are directing hate and disgust in the wrong place. Kim Sae-Ron never accused Kim Soo Hyun…
At this point, slandering KSH is actually slandering the professionals who spent months investigating not just the fabricated evidence. They did their own independent investigation into KSH and concluded he was innocent of any wrongdoing.
he is a prime candidate of an example that women and girls do not matter in this patriarchy and never will. women…
Kim Sae-Ron supporters are directing hate and disgust in the wrong place. Kim Sae-Ron never accused Kim Soo Hyun of anything. Her family and Kim Se-Ui are the accusers, who used Kim Sae-Ron’s life as their source to create fabricated evidence (all documented) to smear/defame Kim Soon Hyun. I encourage you to do your own research to discover what their ulterior motives were.
In their failed attempts to accuse KSH - they defamed Kim Sae-Ron who could not defend herself.
Disgust should be directed toward them for what they did to her - how her family used her - in life and in death. And how the charlatan, Se-Ui and the two lawyers only saw KRW signs when they joined with her family in their campaign against KSH.
When people have to fabricate evidence to accuse someone of something, you know that someone is innocent. KSR’s family and Kim Se-Ui knew KSH was innocent. If Se-Ui was truly concerned about justice for KSR, he should have directed them to the police first. He did not.
If KSH was truly guilty - why didn’t the family 1) go directly to the police instead of the internet, and 2) why didn’t they provide real, authentic evidence instead of fabricating it? Answer to both questions: there was no evidence of any wrong doing. The months-long investigation proved there was no evidence to support any claim or idea that KSH wronged KSR. But if those who are still trashing KSH have real, undeniable evidence to support your claims by all means bring it! Everyone is anxious to see it.
@Falhon Cyril I’ve been scrolling through these comments and am beginning to see a pattern. I think some posters…
Yes, I’ve seen your Threads posts and have ‘liked’ many of them. They are extremely insightful. I’ll DM you over there in the future - I have a different name, of course, on that platform.
I read this entire comment section before writing this, and I’m going to answer people according to what they…
@Falhon Cyril
I’ve been scrolling through these comments and am beginning to see a pattern. I think some posters (KSH anti-fans) are goading you. They see the depth to which you respond and it just seems like they are enjoying poking you with a hot poker by repeating so many of the same things they and others have posted - posts that you have also responded to.
The other thing I’ve noticed in general, not just in my recent scrolling, is how the vast number of her supporters are defending Kim Sae Ron as KSH’s accuser. [I suppose because he defended himself he is, by default in their minds, accusing KSR.]
Her family and Kim Se-Ui are KSH’s accusers. KSH defended himself against THEIR accusations. Attorney Ko was clear about what he and his team were doing, clearing him of the accusations against him made by the aforementioned accusers. They deliberately kept KSR out of their defense work as much as possible - to the point where Attorney Ko warned KSR’s mother (in November) not to continue defaming her daughter’s memory, to which he didn’t listen.
In their, now defunct, attempts to smear KSH, it is Kim Sae Ron’s family that actually defamed Kim Sae Ron. Especially now, since the investigation looked beyond those accusations to determine that KSH in no way had a relationship with her as a minor, KSR supporters should be talking about how her family and Kim Se-Ui defamed her. That is, if they truly support her. I recall early on, her husband released a SM message saying in effect “don’t look at Kim Soo Hyun, look at her mother.” No-one on KSR’s side seems to remember that. Are they true KSR supporters and or defenders or just haters in general?
Nevertheless, keep up the good work championing the fact that truth matters - by showing us what it actually looks like.
Before you read the article announcing that Kim Soo Hyun was cleared of the allegations against him, here are some significant definitions and explanations
불송치 (literally “not sending/referring”) is the police decision, after completing an investigation, not to forward the case to the prosecutors.
In the Kim Soo-hyun case, the police issued a “혐의없음” 불송치 (“no suspicion” non-referral). This is the strongest form of clearance among non-referral outcomes: the police determined there was no basis to recognize a violation of the Child Welfare Act.
The police’s “혐의없음” 불송치 decision means that after a full investigation of the Child Welfare Act allegations (including the period when Kim Sae-ron was under 18), they concluded the claims were not substantiated and closed the case without referring it for possible prosecution. Attorney Go’s statements in the article below emphasized that this was a definitive investigative conclusion on those specific allegations, separate from any ongoing trials involving the people who spread the claims.
Note: they went beyond the fake evidence to find out if KSH did, indeed, violate any Child Welfare Act laws - and found no such evidence.
Here is the article:
Kim Soo-hyun cleared of Child Welfare Act violation… Lawyer: “Case closed with ‘no suspicion’ non-referral” Reporter Yoo Ji-hye | 2026. 7. 29. 16:58
Actor Kim Soo-hyun has been cleared of the allegations of having dated the late Kim Sae-ron while she was a minor. According to police on the 29th, Seongdong Police Station recently decided not to refer Kim Soo-hyun’s cases involving violation of the Child Welfare Act and false accusation.
/// removed paragraph recapping KSH’s hiatus
Kim Soo-hyun’s legal representative, attorney Go Sang-rok, stated that day: “The police investigated not only the claims and materials submitted by the other party, but also the relationship at the time and the related facts. As a result, they determined that there was no basis to recognize a violation of the Child Welfare Act by Mr. Kim Soo-hyun and decided not to refer the case.” He continued: “Under the Child Welfare Act, a ‘child’ refers to a person under the age of 18. In this case, the investigation examined whether the claim that Mr. Kim Soo-hyun dated the deceased Ms. Kim Sae-ron (hereinafter ‘the deceased’) during her third year of high school—when she was 19 in Korean age, including the period before she turned 18—was true, and whether any acts violating the Child Welfare Act, such as sexual or emotional abuse, occurred in the process. In other words, the investigation was not limited only to a portion of the deceased’s childhood. It covered the entire period of the raised allegations, including the third year of high school, which people commonly regard as the minor period.” He further stated: “The police investigated the claims and submitted materials from the other party as well as the relationship and relevant facts at the time, and concluded that there was no basis to recognize a Child Welfare Act violation by Mr. Kim Soo-hyun, deciding not to refer the case.” Additionally: “A non-referral decision does not mean that judgment is being reserved or that the outcome of another future trial is being awaited. It is a disposition by the investigative agency concluding that the establishment of the crime cannot be recognized with respect to the relevant allegation and therefore not referring the case to the prosecution, thereby ending the investigation. Accordingly, the official conclusion reached by the investigative agency at present is clear: the allegation that Mr. Kim Soo-hyun dated the deceased while she was a child, or committed acts violating the Child Welfare Act such as sexual abuse, has not been recognized.” He also noted: “The upcoming criminal trials of Kim Se-ui and related parties are not trials to determine whether Mr. Kim Soo-hyun violated the Child Welfare Act. They are trials to determine whether they spread false information or used fabricated materials and what crimes they committed in the process. Mr. Kim Soo-hyun’s minor-related allegations are not a legally unresolved matter that will only be concluded in a future trial. Those allegations have already been independently investigated and closed with a ‘no suspicion’ non-referral decision.” End of article
Welcome back to your rightful place, Kim Soo Hyun!
One day he will pay for what he did!!! I know now he will continue as if nothing happened, that’s life hey!…
This has been investigated every which-way to Sunday. There is no evidence he did anything wrong. Not because he’s a celebrity or because he’s rich. But because the authorities did their job. If you have more proof, bring it. I’m sure the authorities will be happy to have it. If not then stay silent about the accusations. Why didn’t KSR’s family release her phone? Could it be because there was other evidence on it, not related to KSH, that would have made them liars? If they were so intent on bringing justice for their daughter, they would have willingly given up her phone to the authorities. There are so many unanswered questions on the family’s end. But the haters have it all figured out on KSH’s end, even better than the investors.
amen. how many celebs have suicided over smaller struggles they deal with & ruined rep, but this pos takes…
Again, that heinous, very serious accusation must come with irrefutable evidence, of which there is NONE. If there is no evidence, then your post is defamation. Pure and simple.
