I've heard good things about this drama, but I'm a bit skeptical to start just because I personally feel a love story between two adopted siblings is kinda weird. Like to me, it's like someone dating their step-sibling. You grow up as siblings and suddenly fall in love. It's like Rise of Ning where the main leads grew up thinking they were siblings but then fall in love when they realize they aren't.

I enjoyed this drama pretty well. I loved the 3rd couple, but I must say the 4th couple genuinely stole the show. If I had to rate the enjoyment of the couples, I would say 4th, 3rd, 5th, 2nd, and then 1st. Even though we had way more screentime for 1st and very little for 2nd, I didn't like the story of the 1st couple. It was a bit annoying, if I must say, but it was funny seeing the clingy Du Yang Xi.

This has nothing to do with promoting a certain couple more than the other. This story is meant to revolve around LWY and since JL is her love interest naturally they shared more screen time as the drama progressed. However, I think the story and acting for this drama was very well done and no one deserves any hate. JJY, JZ, CDL, TJR, and YA did very well in their portrayals as the main characters. Sure it may have been nice to see more of WuWu couple, but i don't think you should claim the more ugly couple was promoted. I don't think anyone is ugly in any way. JJY and TJR are very beautiful and their story was so well done that it naturally gained more love. If anything, I think you're being the ugly one with the way your hating on certain actors.

I get that it can be frustrating that Ming Yi is lying to Ji Bo Zai about her identity, but i feel i understand her. She did approach him with the intent of stealing the Golden Millet Dream, but later she ended up actually falling for him. With how much he loves and trusts her, I can understand why she feels delicate in revealing the truth. She didn't grow up with much love as we have seen/you will continue to see, which makes telling the truth to him harder as she finally found smn who loves her and smn she loves a lot too.

I know right like I was used to seeing it around 8.5 and 8.6, and I opened up mdl to see if it had gone back to 8.6 and was shocked to see it all the way down to 8.1. Haters really be hating on a great drama.

I definitely wouldn't say it's a bad ending, but imo its not a full on happy ending either. Yes it seems like WuWu couple and JiLu couple are happy and are with each other, but no one except WSG has any memory of what happened. There is also no sister bonding between LWY and WWY or brotherly bonding between LJ and JL. So while it is nice that they technically end up together either in the current or different timeline/universe, they don't know what they went through to get there. WSG has to live with the pain of everything that happened while JL and LWY don't have any memory of their immense love for each other. However, since they're fated they do meet again in a similar fashion as before. Hope this kinda helps!!!
